No support, defective spare part
I bought a power supply, due to a defect printer from canon.
After receiving this power supply, I couldn't mesure any voltage on the spare part.
I contacted the support but haven't received a technical answer as requested. So I wanted to send it back. Afterwards, there was no response anymore from this company.
Now I have lost nearly 100€ to this "great" company.
Thank's for nothing.

Very good to deal with. I made an enquiry before buying to make sure I was getting the right part and they were most helpful and quick to respond. My order was quickly dispatched but there was a small issue it when it arrived but that was swiftly and professionally resolved.

They have mostly nothing on stock
They have mostly nothing on stock, just a pretend shop.
Ordered some parts, for a week nothing happened, the I popped the question regarding my order and I was told I need to wait for almost a month to get the part.
I was also quickly dismissed by being told says on the website that you need to wait at least 14-21 days.
When challenged with the actual website and screenshots, they cancelled my order.
Beware of scammers.

Just a great company
Just a great company. They stocked a part that people told me repeatedly was unavailable to the general public and could only be fitted by Canon at great cost. However they had it for £60 and I fitted it myself at no cost. Thanks lads and lasses.
