When I first approached Octopus I found who ever I was dealing with very helpful and knowledgeable and introducing me to introductory offers
I recently contacted Reema on the 5/6/26 for new tariff prices that she was able to give me and I found her to be very courteous and professional

From Start to Finish.

From Start to Finish.
I was made to feel like a member of the family with patience, understanding, and infinite support to inform and allow me to have a clear (senior) understanding, helping through every step and question I asked to clarify and confirm a tailored plan decision that felt exactly right for me.
In particular, an 11/10 shout to Soffia for always making me feel valued and at Ease throughout the process. My initial call with Taf was very thorough and helpful. Josh, who handled the payment part supportively. Finally, the backup communication from the energy Help Team was sequential, clear, and exactly in line with what I had been informed would happen. Thank You so Much.

Marvin was so helpful as I explained…

Marvin was so helpful as I explained the problem that we had with receiving bills from our previous supplier. He talked me through best practice and I could take that information with me to battle with SSE.

I needed help setting up my new…

I needed help setting up my new account. I spoke to Roxanna who resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful which is refreshing as I find most utility company extremely difficult to deal with.

Such a professional service

The interacton with and guidance…

The interaction with and guidance provided by a very limited number of personnel, notably Lula, handling the transition to an Octopus Business Energy Account has been polite and very efficient/professional. We are a volunteer run non-profit sports club so it is doubly appreciated that the account change was made so easy.

Octopus Review of query.…

After an initial hiccup with a customer service operator early in the day,the new operator was like a breath of fresh air.
He answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and patient with me.
Great customer service and was a pleasure speaking to him.

Rang Octopus for business quote

Rang Octopus for business quote, excellent response time via telephone. I find the process of changing suppliers daunting however Harry gave excellent customer service answering all my questions and I feel reassured I have made the right switch. I should save a considerable amount of money over the next year on my fixed rate compared to my previous supplier.
