Smart Meter - at last someone who listens...!!!
We had a Smart Meter fitted in April of 2025 and it has never worked...!!!
After over a year of broken promises and 4 hours each month rectifying grossly over "estimated" bills, we managed to speak with a FANTASTIC Octopus representative, Sarjana who not only listened but actioned her promises.
The situation now has a course of action and hopefully will be resolved soon with a new Smart Meter installation.
Sarjana has been the defining factor in getting something done and for that we are MOST grateful.

Electricity supply for our village hall…
Moved the electricity supply for our village hall to Octopus as they offered a better deal than our current supplier.
Called and spoke with Herry, who was very helpful and sorted everything out over the phone, including putting through a referral discount we had.
Hadn't expected to pay a one month equivalent security deposit, but that will be credited back to our account in the following months.
