Patrick went above and beyond to help me sort out my personal account and a business account that I have been managing but which is passing to another person to manage. He also sorted out the fixed tariff for the business account and on my personal account emailed information regarding an EV charging rate and type of charger needed. Excellent service.

I have already got our domestic supply with Octopus and because of the ease of navigating the account and the clear way all information is communicated I wanted both the business and domestic handled by Octopus.
There is never a problem in speaking with customer service or an advisor which is a massive plus.

Nadia was polite and helpful. She successfully set up a new business account for me. The only issues were that there were several times when she had to put me on hold; when she did this the wait was often quite long (the call took 55 minutes overall) and when I was on hold the music playing was so loud I had to adjust the volume down on each occasion.
