Absolutely perfect service! Everything is spot on and super fast.

I am so happy .. sent my dash pod in for my audi A3 on Saturday afternoon, and they had it repaired and posted by Monday afternoon. I received it on Tuesday and fitted it back into my car, working as new. I'm so happy to see it operational again.

My regular garage said 2 weeks to repair at the cost of £500 and cartronix had it repaired within a few hours of arrival at less than £200 including return postage.

I did an internet search and saw their reviews, which gave me confidence in the company and thought it's only right to share my experience too.

My words are not enough, honestly, and I'm so thankful 🙏.

Found these guys online, great reviews led me to paying them a visit for just under one hour to have the issues resolved, which were 'Engine Malfunction', 'Power Steering Malfunction' and 'Reduced Acceleration' messages on the dash.
I though paying them a visit as it wasn't that far for me to travel was a good idea, and I was right, as when the binnacle was refitted I still had an error which they kindly cleared for me with their equipment.
All is now good. Would highly recommend. 👍

Update:- All was well until I arrived home, some 60 miles away. Same errors as before, so assume that the binnacle wasn't faulty and is actually something else that's causing the issue. The search continues!! 😒

Rang them yesterday asking how quick they could fix my DS3 as it had pixels missing in the fuel gauge display.
I dropped the car off late yesterday afternoon and mid morning today it was fixed!

My Ford Focus decided to start throwing up 'Engine System Fault' & ' Reduced Acceleration' warnings whenever it felt like it. This mixed in with occassionally refusing to start, apparently, because the immobiser was active.

After a changing a few sensors failed to fix the issue, a bit of googling led me to Cartronix.

I shipped them my instrument cluster on Monday morning, it was back in my car by Wednesday afternoon. Super fast turn around and communication was great.

I've been test driving all evening and not faults so far. Usually I would have one within 10 minutes. So I am very cautiously optmistic.

Sent our Fiat Ducato instrument cluster on a Friday got telephone call on Monday to say not repairable and they can send a replacement This duly arrived on Tuesday fitted back in the Motorhome works perfect now

My 2002 Volvo V70 instrument cluster started playing up. Looked online re faults and the SRS fault is quite common, as is it going dead. Found Cartronix from a web search. The cost for repair and the reviews were good.
Gave them a call and they explained the problem, needed a chip replacement. Filled out the repair form and sent the cluster off on a Friday by Royal Mail. Got a call on Monday to request payment as it had already been fixed. Received it back by DHL on Tuesday. They'd also replaced a couple of dead bulbs that Id requested. Everything now works, but need to get Volvo to cancell the false error code. They clearly know what they're doing and my car lives again. So much depends on one chip. Always go for repair before replacement save a packet in reprogramming costs. They give a lifetime warranty on their repair too. Highly recommend.

My wife's Fiat 500 first registered 2015 1200cc, developed a sticking speedometer needle. I found a replacement stepper motor on EBay, but after installing it, the speedo needle was still sticking. I replaced the original stepper motor and found Cartronix. Sent the instrument cluster to them via Royal Mail Special Delivery on a Tuesday - the following afternoon they e-mailed to say they had repaired it and it was on the way back to me. The fault was the stepper motor and they replaced it, calibrated and tested it. I received it on the Thursday via DHL. Reinstalled it in the car and it was PERFECT. Thank you Cartronix. Excellent service and communication with me as a customer. No hesitation in awarding a 5 Star rating. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. And, a bonus - a lifetime instrument cluster warranty for as long as we have the car.

Repaired the instrument cluster of my Fiat Ducato motor home . This was posted Friday by special delivery, got a call with price Monday, received repaired unit back on Tuesday morning re-fitted at lunchtime - wow!! What rapid service......keep up the good work Cartronix!!!

What a fabulous service! Our speedometer for our Fiat Ducato 2009 motorhome had stopped working, which we knew could be costly. We sent it to Cartronix on Wednesday, received a courtesy call to acknowledge receipt and had it back on the Friday working like new all for a great price. Problems intermittent lights flashing,speedometer and rev counter not working, odeometer and mileometer showing as just dash lines on my Ford focus mk1.
Contacted cartronix, removed dash Custer and posted Monday informed Tuesday cluster repaired and payed informed cluster would be back with me Wednesday.
Cluster arrived Wednesday ,re fitted and works like new.

Fiat Ducato, 2015 3.0l, Hymer motorhome. I had started to notice some unusual warning lights, albeit dimly illuminated, the lights did not make any sense. Turning the cruise control on and off turned the airbag warning light on and off - weird. Also the tyre pressure monitoring warning lamp was illuminated, and we don’t have tyre pressure monitoring! I was about to start checking connectors, sensors etc thinking that these symptoms were so weird it had to be a one off problem but still decided to do a Google search - oh my, seems to be a very common problem. Most search results mentioned Cartronix as a solution. A quick phone call, four screws removed and our instrument binnacle was in the post. I got an email the following day saying that they had received it and fixed it and were posting it back. We live in the Highlands and yet within two days I was refitting the binnacle in our motorhome. All fixed, very easily and at a sensible price. A test drive proved everything was working correctly, also noticed that the lights that are meant to be on seem a bit brighter / clearer to view. Further reading has me convinced that this is a problem that seems almost certain to happen to these vehicles.

My Focus started screaming warning alarms and flashing lights at me that it had an engine malfunction and/or impaired acceleration. The AA guy was very helpful and advised me that the car was safe to drive, and to take it ‘to the guys in Waterlooville’. I called them and made an appointment for the next day, left the car with them for an hour - and hopefully! - all fixed. Lovely people, super service, and recommended by seemingly every local mechanic and garage!
