Fantastic, no nonsense service. I posted the cluster on Wednesday afternoon and it came back to me the following Friday morning. All problems fixed and the unit is working well. Well worth the money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have just spent over £3500 in getting the ECU replaced as my vehicle died. The Repairer's were The North East Truck and Van Centre.
Getting my vehicle back, there were a number of warning lights feintly illuminated, until lights were switched on .then they would illuminate brightly when Cr Control was engaged. I was assured it was nothing to do with ECU unit.
Following some research, there are a few companies that repair the instrument cluster, but I chose CARTRONIX of Hampshire PO77HT.
How pleased am I that I chose this company,
Pleasant--Helpful__Knowledgable--just follow their instructions and it worked like clockwork.
I filled in the form on the web site--within hours I had a resume sent to enclose with the dashboard Cluster.
I parcelled it up on the Wednesday--sent by R/Mail tracked+(£12.95)
It arrived on the following day Thursday--They rang me Thursday pm (02/11/23) informing me the unit was repaired and ready to ship following payment.
When I returned home at 2.30 I contacted them with payment details.
Friday 03/11/23 approx 10.30am the knock on the door--DHL--with my instrument cluster.
Re-installed Sat 4/11/23--everything looks perfect--its bright clean, looks like new, and more importantly, all the combinations with engine running, lights on, Cr Control engaged--EVERYTHING functioned and performed as one would expect.
What a result--WELL DONE CARTRONIX--Lora is the person I dealt with--BRILLIANT--THANK YOU SO MUCH--speed- efficiency- support--mannerisms--GREAT--does what it says on the tin--
24hr turnaround -- lifetime warranty--promises fulfilled.
Would recommend them to anyone--Best £150+p&p I've spent

cartronix cluster repairs waterlooville,Drove 230 round trip so I could get cluster repaired.Dripped it off 1 hour later phoned say it was all fixed.Got home ,plugged it in .Still the same problem,Phoned them ,said bring it back,decided to post it this time,at a cost of £11.Phoned them about a day later,they said it was completely U/S.Could not fix it.one minute they fixed it now it’s gone altogether.posted it back to me deducting £16 postage off my refund.Absolutely useless company,would not recommend them to anybody.If they could not fix it,in the beginning.Why did they not say so.Plus now the Speedo does not work.

Ford Focus MK2 (2010) kept going into limp mode intermittently with engine malfunction warnings coming up. If I hit the dash or pressed the instrument panel it sometimes fixed the problem so believed it was the cluster. A common fault on my car model, so I’m told. Tried a DIY soldering job, which stopped the problem for 6 months and then it started again. Obviously needed a skilled repair or worse a replacement and re-coding. Had to have some trust and take it in for repair, a local mechanic recommended this place. Just wish I’d brought my cluster here months ago. £120, and it was fixed in just half an hour. Got it home, plugged it back in. Worked perfectly right away. Problem solved :) lovely staff! Very VERY happy! (Worth noting you can take the car to them to remove and fit the unit, if you’re not happy to do this yourself). They also offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs for free.

Outstanding service. Posted my radio on Monday and it was delivered back to me on Wednesday! Works perfectly. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Sent a cluster from my Audi TT MK1 on Saturday, Arrived with them on the Monday and had the vehicle back on the road by Tuesday. By far the best service I’ve had whilst restoring this car!
Cannot fault it!

Just had my Audi TT mk1 instrument cluster LCD replaced. I removed it from the dash and took it down to them and it was fixed in about an hour. I then had problems after installing the cluster back into the car, and they were quickly able to pinpoint the probable cause, which was correct. All working perfectly now and very pleased with their service.

Had my Speedo repaired but unfortunately it was returned to the wrong address. It cost me £15 to collect the Speedo as it was 56 miles away from the car. They may be good at repairing but unfortunately can’t read plain English. Was offered a refund on the postage but it still hasn’t arrived so it’s a company that doesn’t keep their word.

Repairs to the instrument cluster on my motor home were carried out as promised in about an hour. All instruments now work and have a lifetime warranty. As a bonus the welcome smile was fantastic, service first rate. Would recommend Cartronix to anyone if they have faulty instruments in their vehicle. Well done

I had an issue with my Ford Focus 2009 instrument cluster . knowing it's been sorted is such a relief and journey home was alot less eventful bar storm Eunice weather then journey down with cluster lighting up like a Christmas tree.

From the first phone call to dropping off the car we were hugely impressed! The service was amazing and the staff friendly and helpful!! I would highly recommend them and while you’re waiting a cup of tea and a sausage and tomato sandwich at Sainsburys is a must!!!
