I ordered 3 rolls of material, upon arrival one was totally incorrect design and color, after taking pictures and notified them they said take it to the UPS and when we receive it we will send out the correct material? I requested a UPS label and pic up which took 2 days and then they said once notified of pick up they would send correct material. that did not happen. it took another week for order to ship as of today I still have NOT received the correct material. It has been 30 days plus
Also the 3rd roll came from "Amazon"?? HOPE nobody has to endure this type of crappy customer service

Great service and awesome material. I contacted them and they helped me with choosing the right roll size for my car and they were spot on! I have purchased their new Colored PPF that right now has a substantial discount so they blow everyone else out of the water. I got the metallic matte gunmetal grey. Really nice material and color. It layed easily and the matte version is dry application so I didnt have to mess with a slip solution (soapy water). THe vinyl is thick enough to protect the car, so I am getting both a new color and good protection against rock chips and scratches.

I have ordered a couple of times before and found the wrap material to be of good quality, but pretty slow to arrive.
On my most recent order after waiting a week I had heard nothing, no acknowlegdement of my order, no "Processing" or "Shipped" emails. I emailed them to find out what's going on, but their email address was non-functional and just bounced back to me.

Over the next week I tried contacting them in a variety of ways, such as through the website form, via Facebook, their phone. Nothing, no response anywhere.

So after several weeks of non-communication I assumed they had gone out of business, I initiated a chargeback and bought the wrap from a different website...which happened to be about 1/2 the price and arrived within a week.

A soon as the chargeback hit their bank they sudden sent me a message on Facebook that they have just shipped my order...to me this seems like they have clearly rushed a tracking number out just to combat my chargeback.

So now I'm stuck with an overpriced wrap that I don't need. They are back to non-communication mode.

This company sold me defective vinyl that does not adhere to the vehicle surface. I sent them photos and videos to demonstrate the product is defective and they simply stopped replying to my emails and will not issue a refund. DO NOT ORDER A VINYL FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS

EDIT May 6, 2025: CWS emailed me yesterday admitting the product was defective and offering a refund. They are now holding my refund hostage until this review is removed. I told them I would take it down when the funds are confirmed deposited but they are refusing to do so.

CWS is a great company to get wrapped from. Especially if you are a beginner or just want to try your hands at wrapping anything. Their product is really easy to work with.

Extortionate shipping cost to then arrive damaged.
I sent an email but it keep bouncing back.
Won’t buy again from this supplier.

Sent photos of the damage as requested straight after receiving the support email and my email has been ignored again.

I’ve been refunded the full cost of the wrap which I was pleasantly surprised with, minus the banking expenses.
The vinyl healed back a little using hot air but the crests are a little bit visible, since I’ve been refunded I am happy with it.

Despite advertising wraps on their Australian website with 4 years warranty they have hidden fineprints which only honour 30% of the warranty period nationwide. Wrap failed in a year and was denied warranty. Don't support such a business. Happy to provide proof if needed.

Service was very good at the start however my wrap was delivered damaged, I immediately filled out the online contact form as they guarantee a reply within 24 hours. Well after 2 more contact forms and nearly 2 weeks later I have had no reply from CWS.
I still have my damaged vinyl wrap and still awaiting a reply.
Have since my last review had increased communication from CWS and am much happier with the service and communication received

After searching for headlight tint from Canadian websites I found this company. I was shocked however at the prices. Comparing it with another Canadian site selling the exact same product and size, CWS was double the price. So that was that! I guess they just hope people are too lazy to price check!

Been two weeks and haven’t even seen a tracking number. I made sure to order materials that were in stock. Called three times no one can tell me what the status is or when I can expect the materials to ship. Won’t order from you again

Sucks they don't accept returns. Ended finding what I need more than half the price off somewhere else

The product is extremely thin and cheap looking. The color is not what I wanted. You need to get more accurate pictures of the products. My biggest issue is that you can’t get a refund, all that says is that you are not a good business. I will make sure everyone knows to stay away from your site.

Haven't had car wrapped yet. But am very pleased with your product, price and delivery.

The wrap is great. My only thing was communication could have been better.

I told your salesman I was looking for a vinyl wrap 1080. He convinced me that the product that I bought was equivalent. It is not.I made a purchase of some vinyl for my 1934 Chevy. And I just feel that the salesperson said whatever they needed to say to make the sale. I get the product and it's not even close to what I was asking for. Way too thick..

Product was in stock and fast ship owing everything as offered and a reasonable price

UPS lost/misplaced my package, and CWS Customer support immediately got back to me regarding that they shipped my Wrap almost immediately and would contact UPS to figure out where my wrap was. Great costumer support.

Very high quality product. I’ve never used vinyl wrap before but this stuff is very user friendly.
