Fantastic service at North Lakes store. Liam took care of the entire process and made it effortless.

The team at Carzoos Garden City Mount Gravatt were fantastic, genuinely friendly and not pushy whatsoever. Unlike any other car dealership I’ve been to they take the time to create a friendship and make you feel at ease. Highly recommend Sava at Garden City for handling the sale with genuine care and will definitely go through them again.

Macauley was very professional and patient as I had delays on my end which held up the handover.

Unlike traditional motor dealers there's a few too many links in the chain as from initial contact to handover, saw a miscommunication and me not getting my deposit back but overall very happy with my new AUDI and would buy from the Nottingham native again!

Just sold my car with Carzoos Mt Gravatt. Sava the rep was very helpful, and I got a price I am happy with. Unlike my other quotes, Sava didn’t “talk down” my car in attempts to offer a low price. I would like to share my experience with Carzoos Garden City. I went into the store to talk about buying a car, and at the time I was fairly keen. However after a few nights sleeping on it I realised I wanted to save for a house before buying a car I wanted rather than needed. As such I decided to get a refund on my deposit and Kerry made it so easy and simple. Carzoos is not pushy, their not aggressive in their sales tactics. Once I buy my house I will be coming back to buy a car through Carzoos.
As for anyone whose young and not confident with buying a car please go through Carzoos, they will look after you!
Kerry and Mark are wonderful people, they are so kind and so friendly, I feel bad for not going through with my sale, but I had to do what was in my best interest and they understood that to a point.

Strange to make the final deal in a shopping center however it really works and the upfront conditions of sale are clear and well presented.

The team at Carzoos North Lakes have been FANTASTIC. We recently bought a car through them and unfortunately it had some issues. Macauley from the North Lakes store looked after us throughout the whole process of getting the car sorted out and did everything he could to ensure we were updated along the way.
