Where do I start?
Booked a year in advance for 13 guests (family & friends). From the moment we arrived we were taken care of by Paula, Rick and their lovely team.
I decided to have my 50th birthday at Casa Amore and lots of entertainment was booked. The party was a great success Paula worked non stop to make the event seamless.
Friends and family at surrounding hotels joined us and loved the food, atmosphere, staff and of course the magnificent cocktails they all made. I could not have wished for a better night will be talked about for years to come!
Food is outstanding big thank you to Matt and Mark everyone loved the attention to detail.
Kylie, Zoey and of course Marie were so helpful and accommodating we were all very sad to leave them all. From having our coffee's ready to entertaining us we loved all the girls.
Last but certainly not least was PAULA! Wow she certainly made sure we had a ball. 5 Star Service and we will be returning for sure.
Don't hesitate this is an amazing villa with brilliant staff and heaps of memories to be made.

We've just returned from the most incredible week at Casa Amore and could honestly write a whole thesis on what a fantastic time we had!

The experience is so much more than just an all inclusive villa!

The villa itself itself is impeccable, not just when you arrive but throughout your stay, cleaned constantly, not just the villa but the bedding, linens even your own laundry, and the fixtures and fittings are all of the highest quality.

The configuration of the villa provides so many different areas that even with a full house (14 of us) you never feel on top of one another. The views out to La Gomera are beautiful and the south westerly orientation ensures all day sunshine and incredible sunsets.

Then there's the food, all prepared and cooked to the highest of standards served at a time to suit. With snacks and drinks offered throughout the day there really isn't any need to leave this little oasis for the duration of your stay.

But what really makes Casa Amore the experience of a lifetime is the staff. Each and every one of them are outstanding, they're there when you want them, discreetly hidden away if you don't! But you will want them as they really do become part of the family during your stay.

Casa Amore is an indulgent holiday but if you're considering something special I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

Just returned from what was the best holiday experience ever at Casa Amore Tenerife.
The villa is a palace, beautiful, spacious and so clean it sparkles everyday. It has so many areas that you lose yourself in isolation or be “with the crowd”.
A hot tub, an ice bath to follow if you’re brave enough, a wonderful sauna then many relaxing areas if you just want a coffee.
A fantastic pool really clean and well looked after (thank you Bob) suitable for playing with the children with a multitude of inflatables but also ideal for swimming the lengths.
There’s a games room with Xbox , arcade type driving games , ping pong, pool table and table top football… and a gym with running machines, a bench and separate free weights to name a couple … all the games and equipment are top draw too, top quality and well maintained.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff they all go over and above expectations and cater for all your needs.
Owner Paula is hands on and is the life and soul of the party especially combined with Zoe on our karaoke night held in Casa Amore’s own Night Club — yep it ‘s got one of those too …
Zoe, Shannon and Kylie are very attentive and have such happy dispositions all day (or night) working tirelessly to keep drinks topped up and food on the table and are just a delight to be around and for the week they all became part of our family.
The children loved them all too.
Paula especially, being like the Pied Piper continually getting the children to make arts and crafts , playing games , dressing them up in various “garbs”.
Then the food …don’t really know how to describe taste …the two chefs Matt and Mark are astounding.
They cook the most mouth watering food to perfection all styles to each and everyone’s taste. From a simple pancake for breakfast to a full blown three course dinner the tastes were unbelievable.
Believe me this is a really special place with really special people running it who we took into our hearts.

What an absolutely amazing place! Casa Amore has it all.
Our party ranged in ages from 5 to 70 and there was plenty to entertain everyone…. Pool, gym, games room, karaoke, hot tub, sauna, spa treatments even their own night club! and plenty of areas to just chill.
Paula and her team were so attentive, nothing was too much trouble.
The food was to die for, thanks to the fantastic skills of Matt and Mark.
The children loved being entertained by Paula she made them each feel so special, they didn’t want to leave her.
Massive thanks to each one of the team for making us all feel so special.
Really hope to see you again!

From the delicious food prepared by their chefs to the comfortable beds made up each day by some of the staff… from the delicious pool to the beautiful view afforded by the dining area in the “Sunset Lounge”… from the exercise room to the disco room, the multiple gathering areas, the hot tub, the cold plunge, and rooms to accommodate 10 of our closest friends (with 1 room to spare!), Casa Amore had everything we could have hoped for in vacation accommodations!

…but even with all that, nothing tops the way the staff treats you! We were extremely well taken care of and ALSO felt like we made friends with everyone there. We were never wanting for anything, including someone to drive us wherever we wanted to go. It was truly sad saying goodbye to the owners and staff when we departed.

It was an unparalleled week that we will never forget! Thanks, Casa Amore!

From the minute we arrived it was all hands on deck. We were exhausted from the flight issues that caused us to get to the villa a day late. The care we received was so curated for our needs. As we rested, Paula, Kylie, Zoe and Danielle had everything we could’ve dreamed of ready and waiting for us on our timeline. It didn’t take long for them to turn up the volume and blow us away with their service and kindness. From the quiet morning coffee time to the ridiculously funny after dinner stories, it was perfection. Stay as long as you can, trust me, you’ll never want to leave.

I cannot describe how amazing our experience was. From the moment we arrived at the airport until our departure. The entire staff was energetic, fun, quick to give great service, and you could truly tell each one of them loved their “job”….. we even had them drive us to the north end of the island which is no easy feat. 😂
The villa was extremely clean and well kept. Would highly recommend to anyone. Perfect for a group of friends. Would love to return.

5 stars seems inadequate to describe my family’s experience at Casa Amore. From the time we had our first pre-arrival Zoom call we felt like family and knew this would be special. The staff they have assembled is nothing short of remarkable. In the U.S. we are getting used to a decline in service. This was the top of the top.

The property itself is spotless and beautiful. The common areas have been well thought out and provide so many great opportunities for gathering and enjoying your time. The outdoor bar area is the best I’ve ever seen. We spent a LOT of time there- ha!

The food cooked by our two chefs Matt and Mark was incredible. The views from the house- amazing.

It was truly one of the most remarkable vacation weeks I have ever had.

Finding the right words to describe our experience at Casa Amore is an extraordinary challenge. I will try to do my best to give justice to this remarkable place. From the moment we booked the villa and had our concierge appointment with Rick to discuss our preferences for food, excursions, and entertainment, we knew we were in capable hands and about to experience something incredible. Rick and Paula's personal greeting at the airport and the warm welcome from the team at the villa set the perfect tone for our trip.

It is impossible to fully capture the days and moments that followed, but suffice it to say that our family had a truly unforgettable experience, creating memories that will last a lifetime. This trip was a momentous occasion for our family as we celebrated several milestone birthdays, most notably my mom's 80th. The team at Casa Amore went above and beyond, planning themed dinners, parties, and entertainment, paying impeccable attention to detail to ensure that we had the most amazing time.

While it's important to rightly praise the stunning house, breathtaking views, luxurious amenities, and exceptional food, it is actually the concierge team that truly sets the experience apart.

Matt and Mark, we extend our heartfelt thanks for the extraordinary culinary experience you provided. Every meal completely surpassed our expectations…your skills are truly exceptional and we loved every single meal! Paula, Rick, Zoe, Kylie, Amanda, and Danielle, your customer service is unparalleled. Your delightful drinks, engaging conversations, beautiful decorations, amazing entertainment with seamless coordination, and intuitive anticipation of our needs were simply out of this world. Special mention also goes to Sara, Klea, and Bob the Builder for ensuring the villa was spotless and perfectly maintained, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay.

The Casa Amore team made us feel like cherished members of their own family, and to refer to them merely as "staff" would be a disservice because they truly became part of our family. We now affectionately refer to them as our "Framily" (Friends and Family). Instead of bidding them farewell, we opted for "See you later," as there is no doubt that we will return to Casa Amore in the future. Absolutely fantastic holiday. One of a kind!!
I went to Casa Amore to celebrate my 50th with my husband, brother, sister and their partners and our children 9 in total between us all ranging from age 2 to 21. The villa, facilities and team are 5*. We thought the villa looked too good to be true on the website but it exceeded all our expectations! We were so well looked after and we can’t thank Paula, Rick and the team enough. Loved every minute and can’t wait to come back next year!!

Second holiday at Casa Amore! We spent a week at Casa Amore with the whole family. Everyone loved to be there. The service is impeccable, from the cleaning to the cooking to entertaining the kids to throwing a party. The adults could actually relax, sit by the pool and do nothing... I've never been so relaxed on a holiday. Loved the food, every day was a surprise. The girls who work there are the sweetest, I just miss them! Can't wait to go back next year!

What a truly amazing team at Casa Amore! We had the holiday of a lifetime celebrating our friends 40th. From the minute you open your eyes to the minute you close them the team are there making your stay the best it could possibly be. Nothing was too much for Ricky, Paula, Amanda, Zoe, Kylie or Alby. They kept us ‘hydrated’ by the pool with wonderful cocktails, sang amazing karaoke and brought all the smiles and customer service every minute of the day.
Matt was an A* chef, every single meal was utterly delicious. The cherry on top of a tremendous holiday, thank you!
The villa has everything you could possibly need, dream of and more! It is spotless and meticulously maintained daily by Bob the builder too.

I’ve just returned from Casa Amore where we took 12 of our friends for my 40th birthday. After planning the trip meticulously with Rick and Paula for the past 7 months, I knew it would be good, but never in my wildest dreams did I know how good.
The team and the machine that Rick and Paula have built is flawless, absolutely incredible.
Never in the world have I experienced service like this.
Zoe, Mandy, Albie, Kylie & Paula - Thankyou for making my dreams come true, I’m forever grateful, nothing was too much trouble, from late night karaoke, to the best cocktails or rehydrating smoothies! You had it all and could anticipate exactly what I would ask for next.
Matt - your food was insane, everyone has commented on it. Again nothing was too much trouble for you, always accommodating even the most obscure dietary requirements.
Bob - I’ve never seen anyone hoover Astro with as much care and attention as your or ensure the ice bath was to my perfect coldness.
And many more behind the scenes who make the operation so smooth.
Aside from the service the quality of everything is first class, the finest rooms, bed linens, towels - all the very best.
If you’re thinking of booking up, do it. You will not regret it.
I’m sitting here with the mega holiday blues working out when I can come back.

What a place!! Expected a lot before arriving but was blown away by the Villa and all the things to do on site - pool, sauna, hot tub, bar, drinking / eating areas, club!! So many cool little places across the site, kept us busy for the duration of our stay!

Staff were amazing, super helpful and attentive but allowed us to also enjoy our own company as well! Really friendly and genuinely nice people! Shout out to the chef, food was incredible from start to finish!

Overall, amazing time at the Villa and would hugely recommend to anyone thinking about it! 10 out of 10 from me!

Have to agree with all the other reviews this place is amazing and for what you get for your money it’s well worth it. All the staff go out of their way from morning to night to ensure you have everything you need. We enjoyed 5 nights and other than golfing didn’t want to leave the villa as there is so much to do and the staff have so much energy to make your stay out of this world. Thank you Team Casa Amore

From welcoming drinks to the taxi ride back to the Airport, everything was perfect. Paula and her team make you feel at home from the moment you arrive, nothing is too much trouble for them. Got to give a shout-out to Chef Matt not only is his food amazing but he’s also a lucky charm when it comes to watching Man city play. Easily the best place I have ever stayed.
