Kyle, Mandy and the amazing food by chef Matt was amazing, a top class team! The Villa and entertainment was beyond belief and you will never want to leave!! Outstanding from start to finish. Paula and her her team run an incredible level of customer service at the villa. Nothing is too much trouble. Food, entertainment and accommodation absolutely first class. It takes dedication and hard work to deliver such service levels and this team clearly have that. We had a wonderful week break at Casa Amore in December! We were warmly welcomed and greeted on arrival by all of the staff and had a fantastic feast of canapés arranged for us! The bedrooms and all the rooms in the villa are just gorgeous and beds so comfy!
The best part of the experience was how the holiday was carefully tailor made. Paula was super fast with her responses when arranging the holiday and she left no stone unturned with the arrangements. We had private singers arranged, meals in restaurants booked on our behalf, a water slide for the pool one day, an outside cinema and two other outside excursions booked for us and so much more more!
There were 11 of us but the villa is sprawling and so spacious you never need to leave.
Special thanks to Amanda who was so friendly and made sure our drinks were always topped up and to Kylie, Zoe for looking after us and of course to Matthew for the personal experience with the meals that was just so special and the food was absolutely amazing! It was a five star holiday experience that we will remember fondly forever! Thank you so much to all of the Team!

We just had the most magical week at Casa Amore over the Christmas break. it was incredible from start to finish. The service is outstanding Paula and her team are exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Paula also helped me to organise a week of surprises, parties and experiences for the whole family which were amazing and loved by everyone. Paula has all the best contacts and did this with ease and style helping us to create the most wonderful memories. The villa itself is beautiful and the perfect setting with everything you need. All the staff are wonderful and the service is truly unbeatable. The food also has to get a special mention as Matt and his team are a real talent and every meal was world class. We actually went to a 5 star hotel after our week in the villa and everyone in our group preferred the villa and wished we could have stayed there longer. We would recommend Casa Amore to everyone and we can’t wait to go back. We went as a family from the UK & America with ages from 1 to 70 all with different needs and style but we all agreed it was pretty perfect!

What a place! From beginning to end everything was perfect. The villa is absolutely stunning but what really makes this holiday special is the team. Paula and the wonderful team are just fabulous. Nothing is ever too much for them. I never realised how much we used to spend our time on holiday cooking, cleaning and organising day to day duties. Using casa amore means everything was done for us. Even our washing which was a great bonus. The chefs and the food were even better than restaurants we have eaten in. We were provided with breakfast lunch and a 3 course meal every evening plus the concierge girls were always surprising us with fruit kebabs and snacks during the day. The children were kept fully entertained with the amazing amenities plus the staff were great with them and always kept them smiling. Without a doubt we WILL be back

Casa Amore is truly breathtaking. It is a hidden gem , that you absolutely must discover. The villa itself is stunning , Miami vibes & can be utilised for any purposes, from a family holiday, a wedding , hen / Stag party . The pictures online actually don’t even do it justice , which is rare, it is built on 3 floors & behind every door is another treat. From the Games Room, Gym, too the dining “ experiences “too the nightclub , & the sparkling blue pool & the various entertainment, everyone’s needs can be met & more. It truly is a bucket list experience. The cleanliness is outstanding, the food is Michelin star quality ( don’t worry though if this type of food isn’t for you ) the chef will make you whatever you want. Wow, what can I say about the staff!!!! They are what made the holiday , NOTHING is too much trouble & you literally don’t lift a finger from the moment you enter the villa. Fantastic week at Casa Amore. The villa is incredible with great views and facilities. We spent a lot of time with the kids swimming and trampolining. Paula, Rick and the team were excellent and really went the extra mile to help resolve last-minute travel problems. I left something behind and they have brought it back with them on the plane - how’s that for service! Finally, the food was absolutely delicious. A luxury hotel all to yourselves!

We have just experienced the most fabulous week at Casa Amore. Everything was fantastic - accommodation and food was excellent- the staff were absolutely wonderful and went way beyond any expectation. The evening entertainment simply has to be experienced to be believed. Thank you Casa Amore for a week we will always remember as one of the best x

My experience at casa amore was extremely fantastic! I celebrated my 21st birthday at the villa and the concierge team helped to put an itinerary that was full of fun allowing my guests and I to experience Tenerife in the best way possible! The staff at the villa were amazing and attended to our every needs. The highlight of our stay was the party that was thrown for us in a special part of the villa. Everything was wonderful right from day one! I’d like to say thank you once again to the team at casa amore for making my dream come true! :)

We had a wonderful week at Casa Amore. Paula, Rick and the whole staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best family vacation possible. They attended to every detail and made us feel at home. We were 14 people from age 2 to 73 and everyone had an amazing time. The experience is more like staying at a private luxury hotel than a rental home. We can’t wait to come back!

We have just returned from 12 days holiday at Casa Amore Tenerife and it was absolutely fantastic. There were 13 of us ranging from age 10 to 63 and everyone of us had the times of our lives. The staff there were absolutely wonderful! They couldn't do enough for you but were never intrusive, they became our friends and we will miss everyone of them terribly! They worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect and they went above and beyond for everyone of us, nothing was ever too much trouble. Lianne, Rachel, Dawn, Vanessa and Lara you are beautiful people and we cant thank you enough for making our holiday so wonderful!

The chefs , Rich, Matt and Xavier (hope ive spelt that correct) were absolutely amazing. We are all well travelled and have stayed in some beautiful hotels and ate at beautiful restaurants but the food that the 3 of them made for us was on another level! It was beautifully presented and the taste was to die for! Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of them and they made sure every day that we were happy with that days menu. They catered for each of us, even our fussy children. Thankyou to the 3 of them they looked after us perfectly and you really are amazing chefs!

Casa Amore, the villa itself is amazing! It has everything you would want and more, Games room, Gym, Pool ,jacuzzi, several places to eat, massage room, several different areas to chill, beautiful bedrooms and ensuites. Its beautifully decorated and there isn't anything that casa amore didn't have that you might need!

Last but not least Rick and Paula, they are the captains of the ship and what a wonderful pair they are. They organised everything for us including a movie night on huge screen in garden, a dj, a singer, a foam party, a birthday party , a boat trip to see the whales and dolphins in the sea, a trip to siam water park , games night, massages and shopping trips, genuinely nothing was ever too much trouble! They keep Casa Amore running like clockwork and we really couldn't believe the level of service that we received! Thank you, you go above and beyond to make sure that your guests casa amore experience is beyond perfect!

If you are thinking of booking Casa Amore then do it!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!! It was everything they promised it would be and more. We can not wait to go again, it really is the most amazing place with the most wonderful staff you will ever meet! I have just got back from casa amore with my family and omg I couldn’t recommend it enough it was absolutely amazing. The staff are something else I honestly couldn’t fault any of them. The service was like no other, and so so friendly. Like it was our own family. We have definitely made friends for life that’s how amazing they are! The food, service, villa & staff are the best about. Would highly recommend to anyone going. We were planning our next visit before we had even left! Can’t wait to see you all again!
