I'm just so impressed with the service provided by Casa Chic! I had been in the market for a large Roman numeral clock for our newly decorated kitchen wall and could only find one at a large chain retailer who had one in their sale at £95...plus at least £12 postage which would take a week to arrive. That was a lot more than I wanted to spend but the sale was on its last day so I was poised to go over budget as a treat for my wife. But before I clicked the button I had one last search for alternatives and after digging deep, came across one for sale at Casa Chic in exactly the same style - I checked the details because the price looked way too low compared to the others available, but I was delighted that the whole spec was exactly what I wanted and at around £60 cheaper, plus free postage!! I checked out the shop’s background and other products and was delighted to know that my purchase would be helping a small, independent business. The next bit was the best. My order went in after midnight on a Sunday night, and by the time I got up and checked my emails on Monday morning, it had been packed up and dispatched! On Wednesday morning at 9.30 it had been delivered and my wife was over the moon with it. It was exactly what we wanted and finished the room off perfectly. So to conclude, I wouldn’t usually spend time explaining an online purchase, but my experience with Casa Chic was so good that I wanted to say a big thank you and also convince people that it’s often better to look for independent traders for the best quality, value and service. Excellent.

Excellent service! Our clock came within a few days and could track when it would be delivered. Come in good condition fits beautifully in our dining room! Would recommend!

This is my 2nd purchase from Casa Chic. Excellent communication from the customer service team when I needed to ask a few questions. Really happy with my purchase and quick delivery.

Absolutely perfect, just delighted with my purchase. Excellent value and professionally package to avoid damage during transit. Unfortunately though, the delivery company left it at an incorrect address and was eventually handed to me by a passer-by several days later.
