An absolute joke of a company

An absolute joke of a company - they sell cheap, poorly made shoes at a premium, refuse to accepts returns or refund. I tried contacting their customer service team, who simply put the phone down or disconnected me from their online chat line. This happened several times until I threatened them with legal action.

These guys are a bunch of morons

These guys are a bunch of morons. No one ever reads messages properly. They are totally useless. Every single pair of shoes I bought from them had a defect and they then argue with you that the shoes are fine.

They sell trash, low quality products for the price of luxury goods!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Faulty Products, No Customer Service Support

I almost gave a slightly higher review because their products are nice and the pair of shoes I got are very comfortable, but none of that matters when they fall apart after 2 wears. Furthermore, on multiple attempts and follow-ups with customer service, there has been no response on replacement parts. I'm just stuck with expensive broken shoes I can never wear again.

Scam and fraud with express delivery

I have made an order CA-EU-00806469 and pay for express delivery as I needed the order be as soon as possible. It should be here already at Jan 27. Today is Jan 29 the order is still preparing.

Support is very rude and say that they have policy that now they have overload and can be delays.

If you have overload why do you allow to pay for extra delivery and do not return money for it back, when you already delay it?

Total scam and fraud. Never use thru service again.

Awfully poor customer service

Please see below my story of the purchase at Casadei online store.

My order was delayed, then retired for no reason. I was told it could not be re-send also without being given a reason. And this is the last e-mail I sent almost two weeks ago. I followed it up with a phone call and I still did not receive any response.

First and foremost the boots are no longer available on the website and I would like to have them.
Second if you issue a refund I shall most likely loose the money on currency exchange, meaning I am getting no merchandise, and I am paying a fine.

The third aspect is how poorly was my order cancelled. I am listing the issues below:
1. I do not get order confirmation immediately after placing the order,
2. I contact customer service and get the information that the order will be cancelled,
3. I make another enquiry, get no response whatsoever and then out of the blue I get an invoice and order confirmation,
4. It states on the order confirmation that it is due to be delivered on the 23rd of December. It does not get delivered and there is no information as to when it can be expected,
5. I contact customer services again and I do not hear back for a while. Only after few days I get apologies for the delay, but still without any information as to when the package should be expected.
6. Out of the blue package arrives at the delivery address and it is returned straight away (apparently refused, but I find it hard to believe it as it was expected),
7. I contact UPS number of times, re-arrange re-delivery and get information that it is going to be delivered on Friday the 31st of December or Monday the 3rd of January,
8. The package does not arrive, so I made further enquires with UPS only to find out that it is being returned to you in the end.

Some of these may be more UPS fault, but still this is your subcontractor and the transaction Is between myself - the client, and Casadei - the service / goods provider, so I expect you to take responsibility what what have happened.

9. I call Casadei customer service to find out what can happen now and initially I get connected to a lady who can hardly understand English and who tells me that the parcel is being re-delivered. I ask her to double check and the line drops. I call again and I speak to a gentleman who introduced himself as Miquel who tells me the package is with Casadei and nothing can be done. He is not even able to explain why or offer any alternative resolution.
10. I make a request to get the item shipped again via chat message. I am promised that someone would look into it and get back to me and again I receive no response.

This is my first Casadei order and if you do ntk react promptly to this complaint, it will be certainly the last one. I would expect so much more from a designer brand. The ironic thing is that the time I have invested in tracking this order and all related to it communication is worth far more than the value of the boots and the amount I suppose to save buying them on sale. I should be compensated for this.

This has been a horrible experience resulted from number of mistakes made and extremely poor customer service; therefore I wish for this complaint to be escalated to a senior person within your organization.
