I had a problem with a recliner I recently bought. Although it was 4 months old this company understood my issue and replaced my recliner free of charge! The service representative, Dianne, really went out of her way to understand my problem and bring it to a quick resolve. I couldn't be happier!

We purchased a rain head shower faucet for a new home we are building. First off, the shower valve assembly was easy to install. The quality of the materials and overall product is excellent. Second the customer service is outstanding. We miss placed the valve wall plate during the build. When it came time to trim the shower it was missing. I called their customer service and they matched it and sent me a new one within a couple days. I'm very impressed, and highly recommend them.

I needed a cartridge for my shower that was really hard to find, they knew that I needed it right away and took extra care to make sure I got it as soon as possible. Great service and great product.

Called customer service because we were missing small piece from a 2 door cabinet and need it replaced. Dianne was very fast and helpful throughout the process. I sent her an email with some pictures over the weekend. She got back to me Monday and created a case for us. Confirmed the replacement was being shipped on Wednesday. We received the replacement on Thursday. Overall fast and great service. Thanks Dianne!

Purchased a shower head/faucet kit through home depot website. Noticed no hot water when everything was installed and found the cartridge was cracked. Called support and Diane was very helpful in initiating the warranty claim. Claim was approved the next day. My only issue is that it was shipped via ground, so had to wait another week without a shower. Express shipping would have been nice.

I have ordered several products over the last few years. Customer service and products have both been great.

Had issues connecting the Bluetooth. Called support and received immediate response. Good clear instruction to troubleshoot and resolve. I had doubts on the contacting the customer service but I'll say it was top notch.

Called customer support and spoke with Dianne about our issue (very helpful) sent her photos and video of what the problem was. Dianne confirmed the issue was an incompatible hose and arranged for the correct replacement part to be sent. received the correct part a few days later and was able to complete the install. great customer service and support AAA++++

Product is great. Installation instructions need improvement.

The purchase of these toilets made and is the highlife of my resident. These are the best toilets on the market today. From look to operation, these are the one.

Bought a rain shower system and a face plate was missing. Customer service, called back, advised the part would be shipped on Monday. They called back on Monday with the shipping information and then the following week called back to ensure I had received. Exceptional customer service.

I recently purchased a new house that included some Casainc shower products. The products appear to be well made and are great looking. I had a question about one of the products so I called the help line. The person that answered was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly answer my question. Great products and great service.

Although we had an issue with our first unit arriving damaged, Vanessa was wonderful in providing the replacement quickly and efficiently.
