Ik kocht een drijvende lounger

Ik kocht een drijvende lounger. Op de foto is te zien dat de rugleuning rechtop staat en het dus een drijvende stoel op het water is. Mensen zitten in de stoel op het water op hun gemak, achterover leunend. De realiteit is echter helemaal anders. De stoel bestaat uit 3 opblaasbare stukken, de rugleuning is helemaal niet rechtop en als je erin gaat zitten dan zak je helemaal in het water, niet gelijk een stoel op het water. Het kost thans genoeg: 50 euro voor 2 stuks. Ook heel duur voor het materiaal enzo waaruit het gemaakt is. Op foto ziet het er degelijk materiaal uit. Ik vroeg om 1 stuk te retourneren maar daar deelden ze me mee dat 1 stuk retourneren duur is (moet naar buitenland) en zij dus 15% van mijn betaling terugstorten en ik de 2 loungers mag houden. Waar ik natuurlijk niets mee ben want er is niet in te zitten.
