They don't stand behind their products

I had quite a few Massimo Dutti products which I had worn happily. But if you buy something from the website, and the product is faulty, then you will not have any support. I bought a shirt, which after the washing went from L to XS (I followed the instructions). I complained about it and they simply refused to even provide an exchange for a new product.

You can buy the product and return it in the given period. But if you wear it and it turns out to be a faulty product, you are on your own. They don't stand behind their products, which is why I stopped buying from them.
