Bad customer service experience
I currently have a booking through Casamundo, we are due to enter an apartment in Spain in 3 days. The whole booking process has been a nightmare and in trying to contact them for clarification, I only get short and undetailed replies. I’ve tried the WhatsApp number but that’s no better. What I want is to speak to a human and go through the problem in one conversation. But there’s no telephone number. Never again.

Nice booking experience
The detailed descripton of the houses on offer, ammaenities, whats nearby and the estimated distances. Also i value the ability to view the location and prices of vacation houses on offer in google map environment makes it easy to evaluate choices on the fly. Ease of booking is a strong plus, and well as email communications.
