If I could give zero stars, I would have. Utterly misleading pictures on the website, 10 days to receive the item which was then not what I ordered. Only a £6 refund or an offer to return to china at my own expense! No!!! Then when chased for the refund that was promised, no idea what I was talking about. Avoid this company completely!

I ordered my phone case in December 2025, it felt like a decent case when it arrived, but the built in stand has now become loose and doesn't support my phone. Casebus want a £9 exchange fee. I said no to that, not heard from them since. Won't be using them again.

After placing a order with Casebus I looked at the reviews on Trust Pilot and was concerned to read some negative reviews. However, after a wait of 11 days I was delighted to receive my iphone case printed with a picture of one of our favourite dogs. The delivery time wasn't unreasonable as the order had to be shipped from China. The company had initially checked to ensure that I had selected the correct model. The end product is excellent with a high-quality reproduction of the photograph that I uploaded. I am one very satisfied customer.

Would give zero if I could.

Flimsy drop shipped rubbish from China at a premium price point.

Case went directly into the bin.

I wish I could give Casebus no stars. This company is running a scam. They send you a dirt-cheap product that does not match the description on the website, but in order to get a refund you have to mail it back to China at greater cost than the product itself. Very neat little trick on their part. Don't believe the reviews on their website, they are clearly either mostly or entirely fake based on all the complaints both here and on the Better Business Bureau site (where they have an F rating and an alert).

I have ordered an iPhone 14 charge case which was promised to be delivered within 3 days. It has been 2 weeks and still no delivery! They ask me to wait another few days and refuse to refund! Wasted my £50! Excellent!

I have not received the product but it has taken nine days and still not here. Despite the cute little US flag on the home page, this is a Chinese company. The product also costs twice as much as the previous photo case I bought. No doubt due to tariffs. I wasn't very careful on my initial search. Lesson learned the hard way. Customer service email gives speedy response.

DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They represent themselves as a UK Company selling premium goods but identical goods are available from China for £5.

Whilst worth £5 they present the items as premium quality leather on a smart website plastered with UK flags and charge £30.

When you receive your cheap case from Cannock UK and complain they refer you to the small print saying you must return it to China at your expense. This will cost you another £10 which they will not refund.

TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Received my $80 shockproof piece of plastic junk today. Phone buttons on the case were not functional, couldnt use any of the phone buttons. Definitely NOT shock proof.
Had to put it straight in the bin.

Ordered a phone case for my samsung galaxy Zfold 6 foolishly thinking it had at least an outer screen protector. What I got was a cheap plastic shell. I immediately repackaged the product just as it came and emailed the company that I wanted steps for a full refund. They responded by telling me I could just keep the first one and offering me a FREE product of the same or lesser value. The first case was trash, why would I want a second? The second option was to send the phone case back at MY expense to CHINA. Seriously? That's $15 or more for a phone case that I spent $29.99 on. So I turned to paypal, and casebus decided that I AGREED to ship the product back for a refund and closed the case. What a pathetic excuse for a company. Then they had they sent me an email for a review which I very happily wrote a negative review. Of course, this is no where to be found on their website. I think it speaks volumes for a company that doesn't even want their own trash "product" back. Absolute garbage.

Don't buy from these dishonest clowns. The product is floored and the customer service is beyond poor. I now have to pay to send the rubbish they sent me to get a refund. Normally I'd just put it in the bin but I'm going to spend $30 to send it back so I get a partial refund. Do not buy from these scammers that miss represents the crap product they manufacture.

The quality is so poor, the black colour of the case rubbed off within a day (no joke) exposing a silver colour underneath, looked so old chucked it in the bin as this is obv a scam company.

I will never order from Casbus again, it’s been a week now and they still have not shipped my order out. I had to buy another case for my $1700 phone because this $55 one never shipped out. Now going to open a case with PayPal to get money back. This company is ridiculous on shipping timeframes.

Product quality is poor and not worth the price. Shipping is slow, and returns are difficult and expensive as you must pay to send it back to China. You can get equivalent items on Temu at a much lower cost. Recommend staying away.

Terrible customer service. Fake product from China. 2 weeks for delivery and then charged $19.95 AUS with tracking to return. Still waiting on refund.

Good product but a bit expensive and not fast turnaround for shipping.

I bought a case from here for my samsung s23ultra for a decent phone case, not too bulky and i could still use the s pen. I did not get any of that, i cannot get the pen out of my phone unless i remove the case, the case makes the phone about 3cm thicker and the screws quite literally explode off the phone in your pocket. Also how has the case manages to get dirt in it?!? It is screwed on! Also they said it would have a good screen protector built in, its a plastic film. Would not reccomend this product at all.

Item was not shipped per website timeline. Poor product and returns are only possible if you ship it back to China which is more money than most items.

Do not buy anything from this company!! Tried to return a case and I had to pay $70 to ship it to china for a refund which was almost double what I paid for the case. Stay far away from this company!!!

Communication was quick.
My item was out of stock but posted immediately it came in stock again. I was notified when it was posted and it arrived 4 days later. The phone purse is the same as photos and good quality.
