Trustworthy and responsive
They run a complex business with an eye toward always keeping customers happy. When things inevitably go wrong, they take pains to make it right. In a recent issue, I noticed the expected delivery date (and the week surrounding) wouldn't work for me and opened a ticket to see if there was a way to move it. Ashley was able to respond quickly to help answer my questions and cancel the order when nothing else could be done.

Good Products and Patient Service
I've found their products and services to be excellent ... better still they were quite understanding when I foolishly confused my monthly membership payment with something I hadn't ordered. Quite fairly, they could have pointed out how the mistake was mine, not theirs. They didn't and resolved everything right away. Very rare to find kindness on the web these days. Good people.

Casemates fantastic coummunity, support, and wines
Casemates has been a fantastic source for wines and has a very active and fun online community.
I've been a member since they started, and had my first ever need for support on an order.
Ashley provided a very prompt response and solution that was way beyond my expectations, and on a Saturday! I wasn't expecting a response before Monday.
Excellent experience for my support issue as well as introducing us to wines we would have never experienced. Kudos!!

Outstanding customer service in the rare times you have an issue. I've been using Casemates since they opened, and really like the variety of options. Recently had a shipment where the bottles were all corked, and they immediately refunded. Fun and responsive wine providers.
