*Scammers - Better use a Credit Card - NOT a Debit Card so you can Dispute!

I sent back 2 items using THEIR Shipping Label on 3/26 and have the FedEx Receipt.
FedEx Tracking said they got the package on 3/30.
I get an Email today, telling me I never Returned the items.
I don't know if their people are working from home (not really) or just not doing their jobs and messing with people's money but I will Never, Ever purchase anything from them again!
I am filing a Dispute with my Credit Card Company now!

Casemate used to be a fantastic company, which was why I would order their products all the way from Australia. Sadly, this company is now absolute rubbish. I ordered 2 phone suction mounts (which arent cheap). They totalled $60 with postage. They were wrongly delivered to someone else's home so I got in contact with casemate to have the items replaced. This experience has been an absolute nightmare. The employees take weeks to respond to you, ive had mixed messages, and now they are ignoring me completely. So I lost $60 and got no product. This company has become shady and deliberately do this to force customers to give up. So they took my money and I got no product. Absolutely disgusting. Please dont buy from these people. They also give you discount codes that dont work, im surprised they have not been shut down.

Purchase a phone case and camera lens cover

Purchase a phone case and wind cover from this company for $80 including the shipping four days no shipping finally after nine days the product is shipped and it is lost in the mail after 15 days. I receive the shipping label in the mail and receive a notice from not only casemate, but from the Postal Service and shipping it that the item has been delivered when I go to my mailbox no delivery shipping label so immediately go to my post office. I need to go online and file a lost package so don’t get my money back to me and file a did not receive package even though I told him that it was not received in the post office said that it was lost. They rejected my claim and told me that I don’t get my money Back. I was forced to go to my bank and tell them that this was a fraudulent purchase in order to get my money back. Never or from them the shipping is pony express slow. And they do not stand about their product.

Terrible shipping

Terrible. I got a mail after a day or so that the case had been shipped, and then it did not move for >2 weeks.
In total the shipment took a full month. No case can be so superior that you want to wait a month for it. My first and last case mate, as I shall now actively abandon this company.

Wish I had read reviews first

Contact USPS and they do not even have the item...Case-Mate created a pre-shipment label. Frustrating and now stuck without a gift. Case-mate does not even have a phone number to call. Sham.

Such a expensive protector is missing a important step.
Whole screen is ruined.

Screen protector was bubbling and…

Screen protector was bubbling and shifting within first month of usage. Contacted company about "lifetime" warranty only to receive them acting like I was trying to cheat them into giving me a replacement screen (likely about a 10 cent piece of film). Do not recommend this company. Better alternatives at better prices.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max case and they shipped me an iPhone 15 Pro Max case. They were very rude when I contacted them about the mistake and acted like they could care less about it. Will definitely not be shopping with them again!

Overpriced trash

Three months after I got my phone case, the back completely peeled off. When I tried to file a claim for a new one, they told me I had to pay to have it shipped. What a joke! Their products are overpriced trash and their customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money.

Plug in port doesn’t close, day 2. Called and emailed for Warrenty, the emailed pics 5 times. Very unprofessional and they don’t stand by ANY Warrenty. They just try to wear ya down so you stop. Going back to Otter Box. NOT happy at all and they just don’t care.

The WORST customer care/ support

The WORST customer care/ support. Purchased a bumper for my Apple Watch 10 series 42 MM and the glass shattered. Representative very argumentative and seemed like trying to get me to jump through hoops. I showed proof of purchase, a photo of the shattered glass when it happens and then the bumper without the glass as I threw it out. That was not enough. They wanted a video and they wanted the glass that I already threw it out. Plus they told me to go back to the store. Unacceptable and horrible.! I will never buy another product from casemate

Extremely Poor/Inadequate Customer Service

I have purchased Case-Mate accessories for my iPhone for years, and had excellent customer service from them (despite this company having no number to directly speak with a customer service rep). Yesterday, I purchased products totaling $198.00+ for which I received an email confirmation with my order # attached. In the past, I received email updates regarding when the purchase(s) were shipped/how they were shipped,(with transport info included), along with the expected date of delivery. They always shipped UPS. I have heard nothing from Case-Mate since receiving my initial order confirmation #. When I logged into my account online, information showed that my products were being shipped USPS (the slowest, least expensive, and most unreliable form of transportation), without an expected delivery date or tracking # attached to the order. Yet another company too lazy to provide adequate customer service while still charging an arm and a leg for their products. Never again.
