I DO NOT RECOMMEND you buy a case from this case mate place. My order went through accidentally as I wanted to enter a promo code and wasn't apply to. Then I contacted them right away and they emailed back and said I had 30 minutes to cancel it. We'll that was a lie because it had only been 5 minutes and I wasn't able to cancel. They lie to you and trick you so ypu have to purchase it and keep it. Bunch of thieves, dont get anything from them. Poor customer service as well.
Screen protector
I bought a screen protector from the Google Store so had expected quality. In the first week a big scratch appeared across it. Next a corner was chipped off. Then I noticed a crack across it, then a second and now a third.
I complained to Google who refunded it. Avoid.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to expose the true functionality of the Twinkle Disco Samsung 24 Ultra Case. It claims to have 12 ft drop rating but if you simply drop the device in the case while walking and are less than 5 ft tall giving about a 4 ft drop (1/3 of the 12 ft rating) your phone will shatter. The case did not meet any of the standards of protection and the company made no efforts to make it right. I highly advise and recommend going to a different brand who takes pride in their workmanship and the trust you put in it to keep your expensive devices safe. My phone was not misused nor abused but simply dropped downward at a very slow speed and very low height. Case Mate did not support but made excuses that despite the quality they claim even the smallest of instances can damage the device. So if this is a risk you want to take when spending 50$ on a case that measures the same standard as a 5$ case , be my guest but next time I'll pocket that 50$ to keep towards my repair cost since Case Mate falsely advertised their case in it's ability to protect my phone from "12 feet" with its "military grade" but failed from 4 ft.

I bought the 3 in 1 charger for Iphone/watch/earpods. It lasted less than 2 years. When contacted, Case-mate informed me that the warranty is only 1 year. The price of the item has increased from $56 to $150 and the "discount" code they provided is for only 25% off. There are other products on the market with great reviews for durability and performance, for much less money. It appears the Case-mate quality is poor. I will avoid their products.

I bought one of there phone cases for my zflip4 because they had a lifetime warranty. I just tried to get warranty for a broken case and i am told that they are out of stock and their limited warranty gives them an out. They offered me a 40 percent discount at their overpriced website. What a joke.
Unable to help with recent purchase
Placed an order and tried to add and item to it so I didn't get additional shipping charges. They were unable to do anything for me and wouldn't offer any type of discount. Very poor customer service.

Case mate not worth the money
Purchased a case mate case and screen protector for my iPhone 13 pro. Screen protector cracked and they want to charge for shipping a replacement. For what it cost, you should at least get 1 replacement for free. Will not be buying from them again.

Not a good lasting product
Honestly, they deserve a 0 for product integrity, but that's not an option. Perhaps the 1 could be because it is a great idea. I enjoyed it while it stayed together.
The magnetic ring stand pulls apart whenever the TINY screws let go. And so it's useless. This is my third one in 9 months.There's alot of us in this boat and they have the audacity to charge us for shipping. WILL NOT purchase Casemate again, if possible.
Case - mate exceeding expectations!
I purchased a Pelican Voyager case for my Samsung S23 Ultra for $60. A month later it's holster broke. I filed a warranty claim and a week later Case - Mate had shipped me a brand-new case with it's holster. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am with their efficient customer service. Keep it up!
Do not buy CASE-MATE Protection Pack
Do not buy CASE-MATE Protection Pack. I've had mine less that 30 days, it does not protect anything. I purchased mine from an Xfinity store, and they won"t allow a return. False advertising on the box (12' Drop Protection). This only covers the case and screen protector, not your phone. I now have a new phone with a cracked screen, and they could care less. Do NOT waste your $$$$. I will be filing a complaint with the Md Attorney Generals Office.
Very disappointed
I'm really disappointed. I've ordered from here so many times. Now I've noticed that a case is discolored green in several places. It's not really old yet. I had to argue with customer service 10 times because something was constantly misunderstood. In the meantime, I was also ghosted. I thought this was a reputable shop. I paid €70 for the case. Then they say I can choose a new one for the 14 Pro Max. Yes, but I have the 15 Pro Max now. They say an exchange isn't possible. I'm already sad enough that I can't use this case anymore. It also fit the 15 Pro Max. Then I wanted a voucher; they say it's only possible for 30%, tf? Why can I get an exchange but not a full voucher? Then I wanted to take a 14 Pro Max case, and they say shipping won't be covered. Wow. What can I do about the discoloration of this case? During the discussion, they even said the case must have been originally purchased from them. It was. So unfortunately, customer service is terrible; you have to explain everything again, not listened to, and things are explained incorrectly that don't apply. Now I'm stuck with the €70 I wasted without being able to use the case and can't get a new one because I certainly won't pay for shipping to Germany again. And all for a case for a phone I don't even own anymore. Thanks for that. I'll never order here again.
Constant unsolicited advertisements
As soon as I ordered, they started pestering me constantly with inappropriately worded emails, on almost a daily basis. They have so far ignored all of the unsubscribe requests, and have just continued to email me. I would not even momentarily consider purchasing cases from this online dumpster again. I will actually be returning the two cases I bought, used, and buying them on Amazon instead. Trash.

Wish I'd read this page before buying a case. Case dropped out of my pocket whilst sat down and it immediately cracked, nowhere near the maximum drop. I bought it as it was on the Google store so I presumed it was decent. I contacted CaseMate about their warranty and was told I'd a) need to pay towards the replacement and b) cover shipping, which would be £10.38 "saving me £44"(!!). When I replied to say I'd not be paying to replace a defective case, the offered to cover the fees but only if I paid them first as a "one time offer"... Lucky me! I'd rather buy a case from elsewhere that is less likely to disintegrate within the first week than trust this company.
Absolutely shocking protection
Ordered a Clear Signature case from Google store for my 8 Pro. The phone fell out my pocket when picking something up, so approx 2 foot max. Smashed the rear of the phone. Absolutely shocking protection.
