I ordered a “genuine leather” iPhone…
I ordered a “genuine leather” iPhone case. They sent a cheap vinyl case. I complained. No explanation was given but an offer of a refund without returning the case. I’m pretty sure they know these are not leather but think you won’t know.

Casebook advertise items no longer in stock, they then fulfill other items without checking if part order is acceptable. No communication was unaware item was out of stock until chased by then other items ordered but no longer needed had been posted. Very poor service.
