I can’t charge my phone in its case! Why even have the cutout for the charging port if the cable won’t fit through it. I really enjoy using the case for everything else, so I will put up with the issue for now.

Casestyle are really poor in resolving…
Casestyle are really poor in resolving complaints about defects that arise in the manufacture of there cases I bought a iphone 12/12 PRO Leather Wallet Magnetic Case-14 Card Holder for £17.99 however the magnetic case side came away. I had the case approx May so it lasted 6month but I would have expected it to last longer
Got fobbed off with my complaint after a number of emails saying the factory were testing the replacements that I may get What a load of rubbish just trying to save themselves a few quid I did look to buy British but think it came from China the length of time it took
If you have a genuine complaint don’t bother to log it It won’t do you any good just kiss your money goodbye because they won’t replace it even though it’s a manufacturer defect
