I was not familiar with this company, but I have nothing but appreciation at the communication, packaging and shipping of my order. Looking at the inventory I will be ordering again.

These bunch if cowboys would get zero stars if this was an option. Total rip off. I ordered some whisky for my husbands birthday, paid $40 for expedited delivery. They used Fedex, big mistake! Order was due within 2 days, received a number of messages which were saying it was due between certain time windows then another putting delivery back a few hours. Nothing arrived! Order didnt show up for another 3 days. I complained, no response. I filled out the contact us for on their website, nothing, complete radio silence. I think its utterly abhorrent to take peoples money like this and then do diddly squat when there's an issue. Unacceptable and s****y customer service.
I do NOT recommend.
Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else

Great experience

Great experience, quality wines at really good prices. Reasonable offers on really good expensive wines already discounted are either accepted or rejected with logical, real world reasons as to why they can’t match. Love CaseWineLife!
My only criticism is with delivery requiring adult signature. It’s an onerous/inconvenient/pain in the derrière since UPS is so unreliable with its delivery times.
Need to give us the option, right at purchase, to have package dropped off at local UPS store instead to bypass the UPS bullshit.

OMG Fantastic

OMG. I absolutely loved my experience with casewine. I ordered my wife's favorite wine and the transaction was A+. I personally forgot how much I loved the wine and our next order will be doubled. As far as delivery, they were extremely fast and packaged very thorough. THANK YOU very much.

Great prices on Silver oak

Great prices on Silver oak. Quick shipping. Pricing on some other wines I looked at were fair to expensive no bargains to be had. But will keep searching for the next bargain I can get!

Great price and customer service!

I received my case of wine very quickly, and the shipping charge was very reasonable! I got the Black Stallion Napa Cabernet that i was hunting for. I was quite pleased with CaseWine and will buy from them in the future!

What a scam company. RIPPED OFF!

What a scam company. I found a bottle of wine on their website (pictured as I wanted) and ordered NINE BOTTLES. What they sent was NOT the same wine. I contacted them immediately and advised them that they sent the wrong wine. I was met with "The listing is for the red blend and that is what you received." except it's NOT the red blend pictured. I was also told this was NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT for this exact wine and issue. So, IF you're going to substitute a DIFFERENT version, you should contact the buyer to confirm they want NINE BOTTLES OF SOMETHING DIFFERENT. What they sent me, cost $21/bottle plus shipping, and I can get it locally for $18. After multiple attempts for return or exchange, I was offered NONE. Spend your money somewhere else, maybe with a company who gives a damn about their customers.

Totally disappointed

Totally disappointed
Wine was advertised as a year 2019 when I received package i find wine was from year 2020
Other issue is when I purchased i ordered six bottles but i received only four.
I tried contact and I send two emails explaining what happened.
Nobody contacted me and I didn’t see reimbursement for missing two bottles from my order.
Please explain
