I have been ordering from Casewinelife for about a year now and I find their website easy to navigate and their order tracking process very customer friendly. I have never received an incorrect order or a damaged shipment.

Bait and switch company
Bait and switch company! Emailed minutes after I received the wrong wine. The 12 bottles of wine they shipped was priced $6 dollars cheaper. After a second email to the company and no response I contacted the credit card company and filed a complaint. 2-11-26 Received a phone call from Michael who proceeded to call me every four letter word in the book and people who drink wine that cost under $30 dollars a bottle are not worth doing business with. I will make sure my customers know of this company.

First, everything was clear. Cost, shipping etc. Website was easy today finding the items I wanted. Second, the shipping container was out of this world. It don't think shipping could break a bottle if they tried.
Wrong Year Vintage Sent
I searched and found a specific year of the win I was looking for on the site - SO excited, I ordered a half case, and when I received it, none of the bottles were th year I'd ordered, but instead two varying later years. There was no question, no notification that it would be changed. I even emailed asking what happened after I got the box, and I received no response at all. Why even list the year in the site if that's not what you intend to provide? So disappointing.

After stumbling over casewinelife’s website looking for a specific restaurant bottle, my experience has been very positive. I was looking for those everyday to special occasion/gift wines. Their site has a broad selection of wines and broad price points. The communications were timely from the point of purchase to the delivery. Everything arrived quickly and well packaged. Beware of the bait and switch
I ordered 6 bottles of a hard to find Pinot that was advertised at a good price on 10/14. My credit card was charged in full. I paid for fed ex shipping. I got a notice that it had been sent to fed ex, and then it was shipped. Over the next 8 days I heard nothing and got no wine. I sent in a email with no reply. I went online to the chat, and finally got a text that the shipment was “damaged.” On 10/22 I was told they would overnight 3 bottles to me as that was all they had. They tried to bait and switch me to other wines. I said no, just send me the three. Got no wine, and heard nothing. After texting and emailing again, on 10/30 I was told they shipped them to the “wrong customer” and they did not have the wine. Finally got a refund. Ridiculous. If I did not pester them, I never would have heard from them nor would I have gotten a refund.
