The best banking for crypto companies and really everyone else. People complaining here had a bad experience with the old platform for personal users, which was only there to provide basic service while new platform was being built. The new platform solves all those problems and adds huge functionality. Cashaa is truly a revolution in the making!

I have been with Cashaa since the ICO. When I bought my tokens, I expected it to be a 3 year investment before I would see a return. They are living up to my expectations.
I have no issues with the helpdesk. Yes, a little slow (couple day response), but they have able to resolve any issues. The spread on buying and selling tokens on their website is higher than I like, but it is offset by the ease of use.

It is unethical to have 1 address in a country that you have not operated in. You are deceiving the public - I visited your offices that you state in you “contact us” page and nobody has heard of you at the serviced apartments. This is a complete farce and your testimonial doesn’t cut it I’m afraid. Notwithstanding I checked all your companies in our British system and you have no assets, no employees and cashaa is wholly owned by Kumar the founder in a company that has no value. literally have zero credibility or even a credit rating in the UK yet you state it’s your headquarters and imply you’re a UK company.

Terrible web platform and no support at all. I've been using their platform since July 2020 and since the beginning, I had issues with very delayed transactions.

I have 2 opened tickets, one from July and one from September and no one ever answered, they are still opened (I have screenshots but I can't attach them and I'm not allowed to include links in the review).

Now I'm waiting again for I don't know how long to get my cashaa withdrawal approved.

Then the fees...to me the fees to change cashaa to fiat and fiat to cashaa is way too big compared to a regular crypto exchange.

Not to mention the spread between buying and selling cashaa, which is 30% (0.083$ for buying and 0.063$ for selling). What in the name of God is this spread about?!
When actually the real value of the coin is exactly in between: 0.75$.
(All these values are for the moment of writing this review)

Everything is just terrible! I just want get my cashaa and move it to an exchange and to completely forget about their platform and company.

Very professional team under the dynamic leadership log kumar Gaurav. Invested during ico. We are on major down w.r.t ico price due to fact that team is concentrating on product rather than waisting money on exchange listing and pumping dumping . Prices will increase in no time once product is developed. Exchanges will automatically list once huge demand come. Wait is going to over by 2021 and CASHAA will be in top 20 PROJECTS in CMC by the end of 2021

Very bad support. Bait and Swithch, They took all my BTC to Stake Cashaa for a Premium account after I locked in my Cashaa they said they will inform me If I can get an Account in a month. Now its been 3 months no response bad support and its been locked for ever although they said its only for one quarter they dont mention anything about the period

I've been with Cahaa since the ICO and have been own away with the professionalism and desire to build a fully compliant foundation in leiu of short term gains. Help desk has been phenomenal and I see amazing things ahead for this revolutionary platform.

Starting from the top to bottom, the entire organization is simply great. Be it Cashaa as a project or its support service,truly awesome! I own several cryptos, and many are really good and have a long term vision. However, the support service is significantly above all others. I can foresee cashaa becoming truly a crypto bank and bank to unbanked! Cashaa to moon! All the best Kumar and team.

I bought Cashaa during their ICO as it sounded like a cool project. They were stored on MyEtherWallet for quite a while with absolutely no problem. I then get an email from Cashaa about the swap from ERC20 to BEP2 stating I should transfer my coins to my Cashaa wallet. I do the transfer and enable 2 FA (still have the confirmation email) a few days before I go on vacation. When I come back, my account has been emptied, and 2 FA has been disabled. I brought the only device (phone) registered for the 2 FA and had it with me at all times during the vacation.

I contacted them about the situation with documentation about the state of my account, but they have been ignoring me for many months, despite I have sent reminders.

To me it either appear as fraud or carelessness about severe security breach - and if not, at least they could respond with a valid reason for how such an incident could take place.
