I enjoy playing this game. Ive won a few times. A decent amount. But one thing is font dispute a charge vux they pit i through the ringer. Ive spent thousands on this game. N o t proud but that is my demon lol I disputed a charge in Feb because I got charged for a purchase that I didnt revievr. Notvsurebif it was my card or whatever. But I disputed it and reordered it. Now that restricted me from playing and 9 days of trying to send the email to show the dispute. I am 62 not savy with technology so I did my best. 9 times and they rejected it. Cuz it was a screenshot. I explained i font know how yp do it any other way
Now I have to wait for mu bank to send the copy of it. Ridiculous. I dispute after spending thousands of dollars. I dispute I still can't play. I jsve money on there o can't use it or withdraw it. I dont gey it. They r willing to lose players they mk alot on and risk alot of bad reviews instead of helping me

They need a better job vetting and stop relying on AI, every other order I placed is canceled due to Their useless system flagging it as fraud. If they did a better job verifying the person, there wouldn't be so many issues but they are too lazy or cheap to do so.

I sent $2000 of gift cards overnight to them. It says withing 1-2 days they will deposit money. I waited a week and called. They said they had too many gift cards and sent them back. I asked if they could expedite them as I was expecting $1500 to pay a bill. They said they couldn't and mailed them USPS ground! I even offered to pay. When I got them they had scratched all the PIN number covers off. Now I can't sell them anywhere. This company completed screwed me. If you have too many cards, let people know before they pay to ship them across the country and tie up their money for 2 weeks. If you have too many cards, why were my PIN numbers scratched to check the values. The company is a joke. I will no longer use them in the future.

I thought this was a more legit site to sell your gift cards. It's not? Does anyone know a site that is really legit to sell a ULTA gift card?

Garbage website. The site said instant cash with PayPal and I let it sit in a status of “verifying” for 2 days before finally giving up and taking the card off of the for sale platform
