Have used this service before, took a little over a day to process my 100$ gift card and I got 104$ in bitcoin because it went up the next day. I have submitted another 50$ gift card on May 31st, but I have had no response yet. I have contacted support many times but no response. GCCE-43D0BB-231D Is the reference number. I’m happy with the payout I got originally but they don’t have good support so I can see why it feels scammy. I’d recommend this site only if they actually answered. Would give higher review. I hope they didn’t like just rug pull because the website is down now.

Sold them my $200 Lowe’s gift card reference number GCCE-0D5706-8DDF and it’s been 5 days still nothing. I emailed them about when my money would arrive and haven’t heard back and now the site is down. 10/10 do not recommend this company IT IS A SCAM.

Took my 173$ guftcard and never sent my payment to me then when i chat with them never get anyone but a chatbot repeating the same message to me and when you email them they are not even responding to you im already in the process of getting this website reported sad you have to steal from others but police report was my option to this messed up website.

If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would. This company is a SCAM. Tried to cash in a $200 Amazon giftcard and in return got nothing. Oh but they did make sure to take the funds from my giftcard. I’ve sent multiple emails, been on the chat that keeps telling me they are connecting me to a live agent (never happens) and nothing. And of course there’s not a live customer service rep you can talk to. No customer service phone number whatsoever. They also claim that my confirmation code (GCCE-FE094A-2A84) in my email and credentials that they gave me in an email when I sent in the gift card couldn’t be found in their system. I’m about to turn this into the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau, FTC, and whoever else I need to talk to. I want my money now.

If I could give negative 10 stars I WOULD THIS IS A SCAM!! They took my 59.00 within min it’s been 14 days I have contacted them in every way they list only to get nowhere they simply put ROBBED ME!!

It’s safe for us all to say we have officially been scammed! It’s been 14 days for me and now the website is gone. I hope all the money yall stole for us will be worth the karma you shall receive. Get a real job instead of Stealing from hard working people. Disgusting

For future recommendations I suggest using card cash. I sold 6 other gift cards to them a week ago (THAT HAD TO BE MAILED) and have already been paid for all 6.

Was given the run around for 24 hours…was told to contact operations who told me eve try thing was getting escalated. Then money gone zero reply’s since! Seems just like everyone else. And yes I contacted the issuer and have confirmation on when the money was taken and by whom! Terrible scam of a company.

I sold this company my $200 amazon gift card to this company on June 3rd, 2026 and they have already redeemed my gift card as I have 0 on it and they have not paid me out at all.... I contacted customer service chat bot several times and they always promise a live operator with the name of Oliver Pratt but it never happens, I also emailed them several times so it's obvious this company is fraudulent and a scam.
I also am currently working with Amazon as they're investigating this and I will move forward the legal process!

This company is trash! Just like mostly everyone else on here I submitted a gift card and was told they would get back with me within 8 hours which turned into 14 hours and now its been 9 days! Dont give these people your information!

The review process wasn't instant but I appreciated the tracking updates. Once verification was complete, the payout was sent without any problems.

Ref GCCE-C77661-1CB2. Same thing as other users, submitted 50 dollar gift card. Said I would get 39.50 (including 5 new user bonus). Got a confirmation email but when I got to track it says no submission exists. Emailed customer service - no response. Attempted to chat and also said no submission exists. My gc has a 0 balance now.

Went through the process before checking reviews. Now both of my $200 Visa gift cards are drained to Ebay, but my submission hasn’t moved. Website bot responds, but keeps telling me my case is escalated and I’ll receive a response in x hours. Still no actual human response. After a final attempt at the chat and waiting another supposed 30 minutes for response, the AI told me to contact the BBB because it couldn’t force the site operators to respond to me and had escalated on all available channels.

Update: now the website is down. Still no payout or communication.

Wasted time again responding by email to this fraudulent company that stole my money. I was shocked that someone from the FTC actually called me back! They have been in contact with the store my gift card was from. They said they had numerous reports about GCcircle and have an ongoing investigation into them. These people are 100% thieves and I look forward to seeing the site cease to exist.

Verification took longer than expected and I had to follow up for an update. The good part is payout eventually processed and received.
