Extremely weird website they replied to me on here just not my email said that my card was not valid so they could not pay me but my $256 balance on it is now 0 ever since I submitted it never updated my entry on the website or put my money back on my card makes no sense to scam people and come on here everyday acting like you’re not scamming people GCCE-22E8C1-E37C

Honestly, I was skeptical because there are so many questionable site in this indistry. My gift card was verfied and the payment came through successfully, so i can't complain.

It has been 2 days and 9 hours without any response or any changes since my submission was received. I have had several rounds with the the chat bot and supposedly a human agent. I was told twice that my submission was being handled as a priority and handed off to a person(I have the name) and would be completed within a few minutes and I would be contacted. First time was over 24 hours, second time about 10 hours. Not one word! Then I was told to email operations and they would make it right. That was several hours ago. Still nothing! I am hoping that will be resolved VERY soon. I hope this is not a rip off and that I can update my review favorably. Please, I need my money!

Update: I finally got my payment. Thank you! Maybe if it is going to be an extended process just let customers know. I think that would ease people’s concerns.

So far my first submission has been outright deleted, not found in the system. How unfortunate that this company defraud people with their claims of being transparent. I'd like a response as to where my claim is at

Update: It's been 2 days, I checked my gift card balance and its at $0. They took the credit without paying me. Fck-ing scammers.

I submitted my card 6 days ago and was hesitant but on the instant chat was told I’d be paid under 8 hours. 6 days later my $50 card balance is 0 and I haven’t been paid. It showed where they approved it and was rate low risk a 15/100 on my end so that was a good thing. But after me sending several emails with no reply the instant chat aka Leo kept telling me he was bumping me to top of list and live person would join in any second and of course no one ever joined to help resolve my claim. I’m so glad I tested this $50 dollar one first before sending my $300 one. I do not know how this site is still functioning but I can’t stand a thief and now it’s my personal mission to make sure y’all don’t steal from anyone else!

This company lied and they send responses saying the gift card failed their tests. Ok so then where did my funds go?….. the card had money on it and now it just randomly disappeared

Going through hell right now trying to get my Airbnb payment after submitting an $500 gift card never been used so I am hoping I don't get screwed like everyone else has been saying on here. I am recently divorced as of May 28th I really wish I came here first to see the reviews they claim Oliver Grant was going to call me and email me it has been over 2 hours of waiting. I submitted yesterday and still nothing I'm Glad I didn't submit my other gift card I'm starting to think I was scammed like everyone else. I am definitely going to call airbnb to see what's going on if my balance is gone I'm definitely filing a lawsuit because this is wrong on so many levels. I was promised $370 and found out from the Leo bot that I should get more if I turn in my QR code receipt which I do have so it would $425 I would receive. They have. A lot of time responding to these reviews but not to pay people Ha! I find it amusing not in a good way. * Edit* that was the first time when y'all rejected it b***h second time it was accepted and y'all offered $370 for 500 so don't try and play me Wrong one Fool..... I just barely got a response from Olive Grant trying to talk smart like I told him if my $500 missing it will be PROBLEMS PERIOD!!!! Then i was offered $370 for $500 then I found out if I send the receipt in with the number I will get $425 your Bot Leo said they will send an escalation to fix it. I have emails screen recording of it all and screenshots wtf are you talking about!!!! I have everything I need and you will end up filing bankruptcy when I'm done with you punk b***h. Thank you for the payout. Took longer than it should but I appreciate it. However, the money sent is lower than the agreed price at the gift card checkout. I thought I was supposed to receive $113.79. Could you kindly look into this?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It has been 10 days and still no response from an actual person. Stole my $50 gift card and is actively responding to reviews as if they are paying out customers except they are not! Filing a report with the data specialist and cyber forensic because atp I am sure they have stolen thousands of gift cards from honest hard working people and I am determined for this loser to go to the feds. Said we receive money within 48 hours haven't received anything it's been over 5 days now seems like all you speaking to is AI when you there's no number to call. I was expecting the transaction to move faster based on the website, but the payout eventually arrived. Not a bad experience overall, just slower than I anticipated.

First of all I kindle request that Trust pilot add negative stars to the rating options. This website , is probably the worst business that ever existed in any where in the world, saying its a scam ios too Generous. I submitted an unused still sealed Apple Gift card valued at $100 along with purchase receipt, right away i got email confirming the3 submission and referrence number.after about 24 hours i decided to check status. first alarming thing. my account that i created on their portal. did not exist. so i talk to chatbot Leo, which by the way as intelligent or helpful as a Retarded parrot, who keeps repeating same thing, asking same questions. who told me that he located the Ref# and payment has been submitted , i should check with my bank.
after checking there was no payment, i wrote an email to operations, who replied back that they were finally able to lcate my submission and its under review.
. next daqy i wrote another email to check status, no response, this morning i went on website and Leo the chatbot said , he does not see any recird with that Referrence number ( sameone who told me it was paid) he is transfering me to live agent oliver grant, i been infront of computer for 6 hopurs now, no response., the listed company number 302-406-7814 is either BOGUS or disconnected, still waiting on payment

Scam company. They completely robbed me. I’m trying to follow up with law enforcement. Card was wiped clean same day. Generic response when email or live chat. Scam scam scam.
