Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Spoke with Rishav by email advising that I would be making payments in December, that my goal was to he paid up by the end of December.
Then my account was transferred to Tamara Domshy who said she was taking over my account. I told her in a text that I would be making payment in full by the end of December, she didn't even ask any further questions or consult me further, she simply went ahead and took the full amount of money off my paycheck, even though I messaged her to tell her I was going to pay in full within 2 weeks. She quickly informed me that it was too late and that the payment was already sent for processing.
I knew I wasn't going to have the full amount until Dec 24th so I tried to place a stop at the bank to prevent it from going through. I was planning to pay a portion by e-transfer on Dec 16th and the rest on Dec 30th but she went ahead and took the full amount leaving me stranded right before Christmas.
Unfortunately the bank couldn't stop the payment because she lied about the date of when the transaction was coming out. I believe she did this purposely so that I couldn't successfully put a "Stop Payment" on it due to the fact that the date I gave the bank was incorrect. This is totally dishonest and careless to do to someone right before the holidays.
She should have properly warned me that she was going to do this if I didn't make payment. She didn't take the time out to fully investigate or communicate with me, she just went in and took the money. This company is predatory and dishonest, do not use their services.
in a worse spot financially than when i began with cashco
after several months paying my entire payday loan off on time and being able to renew that loan each time i was counting on that good standing and relationship for my budget. that obviously is my own fault for counting on a company i trusted. that claims to have no barriers and helps canadians financially. 🙄i paid the loan on time, in full. and continued to start the reloan process as usual. at a time when they went through a system upgrade, no one was approved apparently. i left messages, emails, online account chat messages and no one responded back to me except one agent at the beginning, which i just missed and another agent who started me on the process and was the only helpful person who actually took the time to communicate with me by email…2 weeks later. she wasn’t able to help though. i wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone until the end of the month. at which point, because i had counted on the same reloan process, and hadn’t had any updates, or communication at all of what was going on, or what had changed.
i wasn’t able to get notice to my financial responsibilities of the circumstance or find anyone else to help. when i did get someone at cashco, because of those nsf’s caused by this lack of communication &consistent reloan process i had; with my account always in good standing. those nsf’s prevented them to approve a new loan and i have been a downward spiral trying to catch up and make arrangements to find access to other funds and to try to balance it all out. which is now almost 3 months later, i’m still unable to do. i’m evicted. my car insurance is in default and my car payments are behind and still working on getting those covered. i was only able to pay partial payments and keep my phone connected, because i need it to verify and communicate. essentially im in a worse spot then was when i began with them.

I love the customer service and how they make it easier to reborrow . I would recommend them to anyone who needs a loan because of their interest rate and also their friendly staff, who are good at what they do ! Keep up the Awesome work Cashco!!
Don’t bother with this company it’s ridiculous now
They use to be good, then they closed the in store branches, and the website has been down for an extremely long time. When you call to try to talk to someone you can’t reach anyone, when you email no response comes through. I don’t know how much I still owe on my loan, but I’m ready to put a stop payment because I can’t tell if I still owe, have no access to paperwork, can’t get ahold of a rep to receive my paperwork. I’m disgusted with the new Cashco system, it’s the worst!!!

I love the girls at the Branch located in Regina,Saskatchewan. I go to the one on the 1400 Albert St.
The girls there are so friendly and they know there stuff. I'm not very smart when it comes to getting to where I'm supposed to be on my phone. I get so flustered when I make mistakes but the girls just guide you thru the process and boom it's done. The girls explain stuff so you understand it. They don't go off on a 20 minute speal and when they get to the end you haven't learned a thing. On the phone in the Branch the girls are just awesome.

What is wrong with this company they went for almost 8 weeks approximately not replying to calls or emails then a representative reached out to me now a month later back to it again no one answers the phone no reply back to messages left on emails or phone did they go in hiding again what type of a company is.this very.unreliable make you weary about them what did the.company belly up or they just ignorant to their customers
Absolute garbage loan company…
Absolute garbage loan company especially since going digital. Takes days just to get ahold of them let alpne get a loan. Before digital it took maybe 15 mins and you wrre good to go, now 7 days or more, how the hell is this helpful to anyone when payday loans are ment for emergencies. Don't waste your time with these goofs.

If there was a 0 star option I'd use it. I hate the change that was made and the span of stupidly long(over 3 weeks) waiting for a call back over a loan application I didn't even get to finish cause their computers went to shit. I'm very angry and getting constantly redirected again and again cause everyone is busy. Hopefully you're not in an emergency or need cash last minute cause lately cashco ain't it, go somewhere else. A real shame cause I've used them for years.

I have paid cashco in full on Friday Nov 7 and I tried getting a loan the same day and of course no answer no email nothing it's very frustrating ive called and emailed over a dozen times and finished verifying my bank information and still nothing I waited over the weekend and if course yesterday was a holiday but on monday no answer cashco is very unprofessional and I will not continue with them I just got unapproved for a reloan and I said what is different this time I have never been turned down from cashco since I started with them but no explanation just the boot well not gonna be getting loans from them anymore don't waste your time with cashco!!!!

The longest wait to apply
The longest wait to apply. It has been 2 days no call back nothing. The online application process does not work in Ontario so you have to wait for a call back. Hopefully you don’t need money in a hurry this will not be a good option.

How did the principal go from practically nothing to 200 time more than it actually was. I received two email within the same day with different amounts owning. horrible customer service. Cant even login to the site anymore either.
