Well, you guys, did what yous said you would do, to a tee!

They seemed to have major issues picking up from a repiar shop rather than a residence. I was easily able to arrange everything with the shop but then this company required all sorts of additional documentation, receipts, even a scanned image of the title upfront! Use Peddle instead. Much easier to work with. I wish I had called them first and saved a lot of headaches.

It was great al though the offer that was given after the survey was not the ammount they gave me it was about $200 less. It was easy and fast they picked up promptly.

Great customer service! The only issues I had was when the tow truck driver arrived to pick up the vehicle, I told him that he's not getting the title until I have a check in my hand. He said he didn't have any information on his end that said he was paying me upon pickup. Two Short phone calls later and I had a check in my hand. Problem solved. Then there was the issue of the title. I was told by Ashley at cash for cars that I didn't have to sign the title . The day after the car was picked up I had to stop by their office and fill out a power of attorney for them take the title . It was fairly easily done . Overall a good experience.

Nice and easy process. Paid a fair price and the car was picked up on the agreed day and at the agreed time.

First, I started online filling out the form to get rid of a vehicle that I have and it went through the questions of entering the year of the make the model the questions were does the vehicle start? Does it have all its wheels and tires does the vehicle have any damage is all the glass intact and not broken. Do you have the title? I answered all the questions. The vehicle was intact. It did not start. I answered all those questions. I did not have the vehicle title on hand. In other words. I didn’t have the title at this location and it would be difficult for me to go and get it I receive a phone call. In reference to the vehicle being picked up, I was there quoted a cash offer. I made sure to let the person that called me. Know that I don’t have the title at the location where the vehicle is I was told OK that’s not a problem. They couldn’t pick the vehicle up on Tuesday I called early in the morning. They said Thursday between 8 AM and 12 PM. I accepted those terms that’s fine 12:30 PM. I called to find out if someone is coming I was told I’ll be called right back. They called back 15 minutes later and said someone will be on their way in 45 minutes. Sorry this is so long wrapping it up. Long story short the tow truck driver wasted his time driving to my location, more importantly, my time was wasted where the driver showed up he was professional looked underneath of the vehicle, took pictures of the catalytic converter asked for the title. I advised him. I already notified that I don’t have the title here so there was nothing he could do so he left copilot. This is the company that was texting me and making me offers assigned another company to come out and made me an offer that was $175 less so I ended up calling someone else so I guess if you wanna wait around and wait two days to start the process all over again then go with copilot if you like wasting your time I don’t, I will not call again. I will not use the service and I would advise you to go elsewhere. I’m simply being honest about exactly what happened. I have a complete transcript of this as a matter fact I gave it two stars. I think it needs to be a one star review.
