Scammers.
I put my details in online and was given a quote for my car, however once actually speaking to someone (providing exactly the same details) I was quoted a new price that was a third of the original offer yet no details had changed. Do not waste your time they will con you out of money. Very deceitful and awful customer service, very slow to reply and rude, arrogant and deceitful. Do not waste your time with this company, there's a good reason they are about the 10th to come up even when you search their exact website.

The actual pickup was great. However, the communication leading up to it was horrible. For example I kept getting text from one of the individuals after not picking up a call that was marked as spam. The text had the domain spelled wrong which is a major red flag for scam. I finally called the individual back and realized it was legitimate.

Customer service was amazingly outstanding very pleasant and professional superior HANNA was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all needed information that I had to provide to them in order to complete the process of getting a fair price for my vehicle I give a huge five star rating without any hesitations thank you for your service and business.

Quick, easy process. Fast pick up.

I am in NYC, I called CashforCars and I was offered $400 dollars to junk my car inclusive of towing pick up. The driver did not have the necessary permit so the DMV NYPD junkyard did not release the car, I then hired a two company who was licensed to bring my car to the CashForCars junkyard in the Bronx, I talked to Joe several times and was told that he would pay the driver 200 dollars and zelle me the reminder of the money, After my car was dropped off Joe paid the driver and never zelled me the remainder and has since then not picked up the call and when I ask one of the clerks to speak to Joe I am told he is not in. I will try again tomorrow. This experience has stressed me and left a very bitter taste in my mouth, I will try again to reach Joe and CashForCars tomorrow in the hope that this post will generate some positive momentum.

Low ball offer $55- less than my second lowest offer AND tried to convince me that a title transfer could easily be $100. What a joke.

Everything went well with the entire CashForCars experience, except for the pick-up. The driver did not arrive at the specified time that I was given. I had to call to reschedule the time for later in the day, causing a slight inconvenience. But the overall experience was very good.
