VERY disappointed!!! NOTE: read ALL the "fine print"! I was "offered" a specific amount for my car.... BUT, upon meeting up with the towing company, the amount drastically reduced!! Add to that, the language barrier of individual towing, made things even worse. I personally will NEVER trust this company again

Need better coordination with the car lot and the call center. I was asked multiple times for a missing POA (Power of Attorney) form signed and notarized. The lot had the original and the second one I brought after the phone call stating that the POA was missing.

Most important is that I have NOT received my check yet.

Called Jan 29 to start the process. Called Jan 30 after cleaning out the car. This phone call went over 2 hours as the multiple people I had to talk with never read the notes of the previous person. We were over 2 hours from home when the engine seized so we were not going to meet the driver. We drove the 2 blocks to the Copart yard and handed over our title. Then they yard couldn't find the car due to multiple rex Skillman car lots. They had the address and to talk to Steve in Service. Finally they called me on Feb 3 to say they can't find car. I got the bill of sale emailed to me on Feb 5th.

Still no check on 13th. I assume no one could read notes to mail me the check even thought that was the plan all along.

The process was effortless. We were informed on what to provide, the timeline and price. No hiccups! Everything went very smoothly!

You have to have all liens paid.

The process was pretty easy. At times a little redundant but still easy. I would have definitely like a larger offer for my vehicle but it was still more than what was offered on a trade.

First person was wonderful and professional on the phone BUT after he transferred me to the more info person, everything was awful. Clearly did not know what to say other than his prompt cards. Had to put me on hold so many times to ask questions and verify ownership. I HAVE A CLEAR TITLE. they have pictures of it saying it is a released title by the lien holder. They refused saying they required another form of release from the lien holder. The bank did not know what they were asking for. Bank sent a report of their own saying it was clear of lien. CashForCars would not accept it.

Setting up this transaction was simply and easy and the offer was higher than several other companies I reached out to. There was an issue at pickup with the offered price. Cash For Cars followed up with me and made sure that my experience was handled appropriately and I was paid the full amount. I got a fair offer for my car. They showed up quickly and were very professional. The communication was great and the driver was very courteous. I would recommend to friends and family.

Did good with quoting my car. Had a small issue with service pickup from vendor. Once cash for cars heard of this issue they contacted me and made the issue right, right away. So customer service is top notch. Fair price for what I received out of my car

A swift and easy experience! Excellent!

You made it easy and quick. We tried Carvana and they offered significantly less and required more documentation. We had a clean title, no lien holder on it and they were requesting a lien release from the banker that didn’t exist lol they wasted two weeks of our time. With you guys, it was done within a few hours from start to finish.

Horrible to deal with tried a bait and switch after dealing with one of their tow companies Arces auto recycling in Williamstown Nj. They were supposed to come on a Saturday between 8-12 never showed so I called told me they were running behind so I waited until 2pm called back they told me”let me check we will call you right back” never did. I called at 230 they said sorry can’t make it today. Day wasted. Have to reschedule for Tuesday….. snow storm hit Sunday car is buried….. call tues at 9am ask if they are coming “yes we are “ need it to be after 2. I call at 1 pm “ are you definitely coming “ answer yes we have drive close he’s coming to you next. I dig the car out call and ask when will you be here . Answer “ sorry we will have to get it tomorrow” don’t trust Acres auto recycling. Called cars for cash back . We can send a different company but it will be significantly less ….. NO THANKS! Beware

Great people and seamless

The drop off was great I think the offer could have been a little stronger, but everything was as promised.

Amazingly easy & the highest offer! Answered a couple questions on phone, accepted offer, had my money in two days and the old vehicle out of my yard. Triple win 😀
