Cashify is the worst app to buy 2nd hand products specially mobile phones i had very bad experience with cashify on 24 may 2025 i had buy .One plus 9 mobile and once mb fall down and broke back panel i repaired it giving 1800 and after 1 and a half month pink line appers on screen so I went to cashify store they said go to service center at vasai then I went to center they told me that we do not change copy display screen and og screen is for 15k I have no idea that screen was duplicate and now I had a big lose bcoz cashify and service center are not giving me any solutions so cashify sales mobile with duplicate panel and screen and does not take any responsibility after purchase so plz don't waste your money in cashify other then that buy from orignal store only.

I wish I could give 0 star.. Cashify is the biggest fraud company out there.. They quoted price of 4400.. Agent came and inspected the phone for 15 mins and then said that they will give only 2300.
They reduced the price by almost 50%..
They came up with false excuse that there is screen discoloration and then there is slight scrath on volume button..
Took the mobile back then n there and told him to leave ASAP..

Faulty devices and then no support provided. Worst service.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 11 from Cashify (Order Date: 30 May 2024). When I received the phone, it was locked with someone else's Apple ID (Activation Lock), making it completely useless.

I raised a complaint (Ticket No: 749903902365), and followed up multiple times. After weeks of delays, Cashify simply said they can't help or provide a valid invoice, and they closed the ticket.

Apple also denied unlocking it due to missing ownership proof. So basically, I got a ₹23,000 paperweight.

No refund, no replacement — just ignorance from Cashify.

I’m filing a complaint on edaakhil.nic.in now. I don’t recommend Cashify to anyone looking for genuine refurbished phones.

Be careful! Always check for invoice + activation lock before you accept any device.

If Cashify really cares about customer service, please contact me again and resolve this.

Absolutely horrible experience with Cashify. The person who came for the home visit was extremely rude and unprofessional. They quoted one price online and gave a completely different (and much lower) offer during the visit – a classic bait and switch. The behaviour of the representative was arrogant and disrespectful, as if they were doing me a favour by undervaluing my device.

This company clearly has no regard for customer service or transparency. I would never recommend Cashify to anyone. If you value your time, money, and basic respect, stay far away from them.

I am writing to express a serious concern regarding the practices of Cashify's pickup agents. On 13/072025 service no.-MPMWF 16746421, when my device was being collected, the agent deliberately and falsely claimed there were major scratches on the device's body and screen, screen is chipped and damaged at corners, which are not present. This fabricated damage was then used as a pretext to reduce the quoted price by ₹1,000.
This appears to be a fraudulent practice. I strongly suspect that Cashify agents are incentivized or given targets to reduce prices by at least ₹1,000, regardless of the actual condition of the device. This systematic deception undermines trust and is unacceptable.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to prevent such fraudulent practices from recurring. I expect Cashify to honor the original quoted price for my device.

The company is poorly organized and lacks transparency with customers during the sale of old phones. Reduced the phone price, saying the phone was damaged after having it in their custody for over 10 days, but it was in good condition before selling it to them. Got Scammed.

I wish I could give 0 star. I ordered a Samsung S25 thru exchange for my Samsung S24 and cashify is supposed to pick up the order but it's 5 days and still no pick up and when I call the customer support they gave me the same answer please give us 24 hours which has been 5 days. I wish samsung never collab with this type of scammers and also samsung should take actions too. Cashify is a scam never buy or sell thru it or don't do the smart exchange through samsung with cashify. This is legit my worse experience ever.

I soul my old oneplus just a day before buying a new phone. Cashify guy came home, check the comma and transfer the money instantly. Didn't have to step outer bargain-super smooth experience.

I recently sold my iPhone 7 and 6s at a Cashify store. The phones were clearly old and in poor condition, and I was told they could only be accepted as “salvage” devices — which I fully understood and agreed with.

However, instead of offering a basic cash amount, the staff said I could only get ₹5,700 if I used it to buy accessories from their store. Otherwise, I would get just ₹250 per phone (₹500 total). This didn’t feel like a real choice.

I was given a limited range of accessories to choose from — mostly stuff I wouldn’t have bought under normal circumstances. I picked the least bad options just to avoid walking away with nothing. While some items turned out okay, one was completely unnecessary for me, and I regret being pushed into buying it.

I’m someone who likes to research before buying, but this setup gave me no real freedom — just a forced bundled sale disguised as a resale value. The whole process felt pre-planned and designed to make customers spend, not help them get fair value.

I hope Cashify rethinks how these in-store “deals” work — this isn’t the transparent experience I expected.

I so wish there was a negative -5 i could give. Was trying to sell a redmi note 11 phone which was not even used for a month overall in last 2 years. Battery in 100% condition and all things working as brand new. Phone in excellent condition and the person who came to inspect saying there is discoloration in the paint on one side hence reduce the price by Rs500.
They started by showing Rs 5000 as the value and then suddenly drop to 4300. Its a joke. Its better to not sell to them and keep it.

big scam they are just shit never ever buy from cashify they are selling product with replaced part no original screen and battery and you will face issue in few months and then they will say we don't cover this inn warranty and your money will get wasted

Absolutely terrible experience. They initially gave a reasonable quote for my mobile, but when it came time for pickup, they suddenly slashed the price without any justification. This is nothing short of bait-and-switch tactics. Completely untrustworthy and dishonest. Avoid this company at all costs — they’re a scam hiding behind a professional facade.
