Big scam by Cashify and Worst pricing…
Big scam by Cashify and Worst pricing ever. They offer me half price of what evaluation shows while placing order for exchange through OnePlus. I placed order in exchage and shows approx. 18k. Agent came and evaluated the phone and said about half price 11k When I said that the phone condition is excellent why half price than he said we mark battery is dead as it is mandatory. So I denied to handover the phone.

Cashify is a scam company! I was trying to sell my iPhone and Macbook, they changed the settings like turned off the speaker and vibration from accessibility setting and saying the audio doesn’t work and hence lowered the price.
Its a scammy way to get better deal from innocent and non tech users!

i purchased phone worth 25k, but what i got is the phone with new body and old parts, faulty battery and slow charging, after some days another issue arrives no network signals.
and the best part is that phones actually cost is only 32k for just saving 7k i have done that mistake and right now they refuse to give return.
so before buying from those shady platforms please things twice.

My Xiomi 9 phone's initial price set was 2800. When the crew came up they said due to battery swell they would only give 1400. When I was not willing to sell that gadget, after a long bergain they gave me price of 1900. Then also 50 Rs. deducted for handling. I wonder where this was mentioned. Finally I got a price of 1850.

It's a scam, don't let them enter your home.
They sent their technicians to look at my laptop. The first one poked my screen to try to show me that the screen was damaged and lowered the offer price. I think the second one entered a BIOS password and further lowered the offer price. Wrote to the company CEO but nothing has happened. These people who come and enter your homes are basically scammers. When I challenged the second technician saying that my system does not have a BIOS password, he said that the technician who had come the day before must have input a BIOS password. I had not checked their reviews and am now finding that Cashify is a huge scam.
Always cheat
Always cheat, saying the device is not in proper condition, etc., and quote a lower price than the estimate shown when placing the order.

I scheduled a device pickup, followed all procedures, and my device was in excellent condition. But the pickup failed due to a fake Quality Check (QC) failure. Their agent wrongly marked it as rejected without even properly checking. When I investigated, I found that even the Bluedart representative confirmed on call that there was a mistake and no one from Cashify had contacted them or me for verification.
Despite sharing this call recording as evidence, the Cashify backend team claimed an "investigation was completed" — yet the person involved said no one even called him, proving that their so-called investigation was a total lie. What kind of investigation is this, where you don't even talk to the person directly involved?
📞 Useless Customer Support – Feels Like Talking to Robots
Their customer support team is completely unresponsive and non-helpful. Every time I contacted them, I got template replies with no real solution. They don’t acknowledge their own mistake, they don’t follow up, and they keep closing tickets without resolution. The entire process is built to frustrate and mislead customers.
😡 No Apology, No Compensation, No Ethics
Despite proving the issue, there was no apology, no ownership of the mistake, and absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience caused. Is this how a responsible company behaves? Cashify has no ethics, no professionalism, and no care for their customers. Once they take your time and energy, they ghost you.

Please dont try to use casify if you are trying to sell your old gadget, they give very lucrative offer online and when someone comes to pickup, he will bring up useless points which are likely in any old items and quote even less than half of what their website states. Its waste of time, and it happened 2nd time with me as I thought my earlier gadget had some issues with it. Can not give 0 rating, hence 1 star

I had ordered a camera from cashify. Canon eos 600d. And im very disappointed with the service. It says refurbished but the device is provided without the box. The camera lens has fungus and parts of the camera are broken, The screen is completely scratched too. The support is very slow and is asking for 15 days to get the refund process done. I’m writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with your service. I had hear mixed feedback about your process of purchasing used devices, but today I personally experienced how frustrating and mentally exhausting it can be.
Despite my phone being in excellent condition, your website initially quoted a resale value between ₹24,000 and ₹18,000 based on the accurate information I provided. However, when your executive arrived for pickup, arbitrary and false faults were reported to drastically lower the final offer — clearly a tactic to pressure the customer into accepting a reduced price.
This is not only unprofessional, but it also feels like a deliberate attempt to demotivate sellers. Let me be clear: my device is in perfect working order. I invite you to take it to an official Samsung store for verification — if they identify the same issues your team claimed, I’ll give the phone away for free because I’ve already checked its resale value with credible sources.
Moreover, your executive removed both the front and back screen guards during inspection, causing damage that no one is taking responsibility for. I request immediate compensation for this.
Frankly, if you cannot genuinely evaluate a product or stand behind your quoted prices, please don’t waste the customer’s time. I was prepared and handled the situation. But this was first and last experience with you guys, thanks a lot.
Dishonest Cheats
My first experience with Cashify was horrible. I recently sold my iPhone 12 via this service. I submitted the comprehensive phone condition making sure I was appropriately informing them regarding scratching or dents. There were NO DENTS and may by one minor scratch on the screen. After their pickup person evaluated the phone, the value dropped by INR 5100 from the estimated price which was INR 19,200. Now, I understand that value may drop is certain situations, my only mistake was that I did not see what they reported about the phone condition until after I had accepted the value. Later when I read the device report, they said it had heavy damage, major dents and scratches which I know is patently UNTRUE because I keep my phone is always in a dent guard cover and screen guard. I called the pickup person 7 times requesting him to send me the denting and scratching pictures he took of the phone to verify and prove the damage, he avoided me for 4 days and stopped responding to my calls. I am not looking fot compensation but STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS or at least be honest about the proposed value and the expected drop in value. My advice - Use Amazon exchange instead of Cashify. Interestingly, I also sold my old iPad with them which I knew was damaged and would not receive a good value and I did not say a single word regarding the dropped price. I am honest, are you?

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had while trying to sell my iPhone 13 through your platform. What was advertised as a convenient and transparent process turned out to be frustrating, misleading, and unprofessional.
I initially listed my iPhone 13 for sale on April 3rd, 2024. The app showed an estimated price of ₹26,000. However, when the agent visited my home, he reduced the offer drastically to ₹15,000, citing minor side paint wear and 70% battery health. After some negotiation, he offered a final price of ₹22,000, which I declined at that time as I wasn’t comfortable with the revised valuation.
A few weeks later, I decided to proceed with the sale based on the previous quote of ₹22,000. However, the new agent who visited this time offered only ₹16,500, saying my battery health had dropped to 68%. Despite pointing out that the previous quote was ₹22,000 for nearly the same condition, the highest offer I eventually received was ₹19,000. This was after continuous back-and-forth calls with his regional manager and vague explanations like "new offers" and "price drop policies."
To make matters worse, the agent claimed that replacing the battery at an Apple store would cost ₹8,000 — yet I found out that Cashify repairs iPhone batteries for just ₹4,000. Even more shocking, the same iPhone 13 is being sold refurbished on Cashify for ₹32,000. This means you're buying phones from customers at a very low price and reselling them at a significant markup — without being honest about your margins or process.
The inconsistency in pricing, manipulative negotiation tactics, and poor customer service left me feeling deceived. After doing further research, I found many similar complaints and negative reviews from other customers who faced the same issues.
This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable. It not only damages trust but raises serious concerns about how transparently Cashify operates. I will not recommend your services to anyone and will be sharing this experience publicly.
I sincerely hope this feedback reaches someone in leadership who genuinely cares about improving the customer experience — not just maximizing profit at the cost of trust.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed with Cashify's service 😂. They undervalued my smartphone and offered me a ridiculously low price, almost like they were valuing it like a bunch of vegetables! It's frustrating because it feels like they're just trying to take advantage of people. The pickup agent was nice, though. I'd advise genuine customers to be cautious and explore other options.

It's really worst experience with cashify. I have applied for exchange of my Samsung Galaxy TAB, it was quoted for Rs. 4,000 and it is in very good condition. At the time of exchange, they said, it's only for Rs.2,000/-. I rejected the offer as it is in very good condition and we can use it for another few years without any issues. I see they are selling very high price (my product it shows around Rs,8,000/- Rs. 9,000/- in their website. Also I see most of the rating shows more than 4 star, not sure whether they are manipulating.
