Dont ever sell your phone thru Cashify. I experienced a considerable difference between the initial price quoted and the final offer presented during the home visit. Additionally, I believe there may have been an inaccurate assessment of my mobile device by the agent. Despite both SIM slots functioning correctly on my phone, the agent indicated both was not working in the report, which resulted in a lower valuation. I later noticed this discrepancy in the device report. The agent only highlighted the battery is bulged and that is the reason the price is lowered. However in the report it is not mentioned. Later when i checked even if faulty battery still the price is very high. This is day light cheating. Cashify has to keep a check on such agents and spoil the reputation of the company.

Worst service ever do not trust this Bangur Cashify they are fraud. They took my phone for one week and showing me attitude when I said I want my phone return because they are saying different amounts for repairing the phone. They just play with customers and don't value customers

I want to alert others about my experience with Cashfy, which I believe uses fraudulent pricing tactics. Initially, the company displays one price for their products or services, often showing attractive deals or discounts to lure customers. However, once you proceed with the transaction, the final price shown is lower than what was originally advertised, leading to confusion and suspicion.

This kind of bait-and-switch strategy is highly unethical and misleading. It creates distrust and raises serious concerns about the company’s transparency and business practices.

I urge everyone to be cautious while dealing with Cashfy and to double-check all details before making any payments. If you’ve had a similar experience, consider reporting it to the appropriate consumer protection authority.

Very much disappointed with the service....
Till the pick up representative comes to pick the mobile, everything is good... But, after that only they do manipulation and trap you... They find many useless reasons to cut down the value of your device and say the revised cost which is appropriately similar if you choose to exchange through Amazon or flipkart... As you made up your mind to exchange the device, you dont wish to delay and sell it for the revised price drop... This is not at all a professional way to deal customers... I would never wish to use this portal nor never recommend anybody.

My cousin said refurbished phones have 'hidden issues', but needed budget phone for college. Bought Samsung Galaxy M32 from cashify - Looks unused, battery health 98%! Got Warranty+ free delivery. saved Rs.8k. Delivery Boy even checked I'm Satisfied before leaving.

Had an issue with the laptop I bought from Cashify. Thought getting support would be a nightmare. Contacted their customer service, and they were prompt and helpful. Resolved my issue quickly. It's rare to find such services these days.

Needed a laptop for work but tight on budget. Local shops were offering overpriced second-hand ones with no guarantee. Found Cashify and ordered a Dell laptop. Arrived in mint condition, performs excellently, and has a warranty.

Was hesitant about buying a refurbished phone online. Friends said its risky. Gave Cashify a shot and got an iphone 11.Phone looks spotless, works like charm, and came with 6 months warranty. Saved a good amount too. Highly recommended.

Overall its very convenient to sell on cashify, pickup timeslot is confirmed one day before and on the same day, Their person may come depending on your time. Payment is done immediately. Everything is smooth.

Major Issue is that you will get sometimes lesser money if you try for local store. Cashify will start with showing one amount and then at the end after you enter it will show lesser amount. Which is fine, but during pickup inspection, they will try to reduce by 20% approx each time, you will need to negotiate again that time. Even there is no scratech or dent or anything, still since its old they will say they are reducing agreed amount. But then this you have already entered when booking for pickup. SO for example they will show you final price your ur entered details as 25000 but they will give 21500 something valuation with no strong reasoning.

I would recommend you to check pricing in cashify and then negotiate with dealer nearby and keep backup. also post on olx and check the offers you are getting, mostly you will get maximum value on olx. If cashify tries to reduce further then dont sell them sell to dealer. Most of the time you will get similar amount to dealer (you will need to visit few). Some local dealers tend to be more greedy but then that is part of business.

Never sell apple products on cashify, you will get 30% more on olx.

Overall good expeience of booking , pick up and payment but transpareny and commitment of valuation actual price needs to be there, that is main reason one will sell on cashify, no point using platform for getting lesser money than local store !!!!

I had purchased MacBook from cashify grade B but it came with damage screen when I return the product and they give my refund in supersale wallet I had requested customer service for one months they didn't take any action poor and my money has lost don't buy from cashify

I had scheduled a mobile pickup for today between 10:00 AM and 03:00 PM, but despite waiting the entire day, no one has come to collect the device. It is now 9:20PM, and I have yet to receive any proper assistance or resolution.

The assigned pickup person has been providing reasons that seem untrustworthy and inappropriate, causing unnecessary delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, no action has been taken, and no alternative person has been assigned for the pickup. This level of service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I request an immediate resolution—either arrange for the pickup at the earliest or provide a clear and valid explanation for this inconvenience. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I may be forced to escalate this matter further.

The company first verify the phone condition through some questions. Then fixed the price 2800/-. Then one pickup person arrive. He did some check and started bargain from RS. 500/- for the phone. He showed some useless blame in the phone.

worst experience dealing with these guys. very unprofessional. their basics are also not in place like ysing a spam number to call their customers. utmost disappointed with the price they quote and actual price they offer. BE CAREFUL. COMPLETE SCAM.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cashify. My laptop was in excellent condition, and the initial price quoted was ₹10,000. However, when the pickup person arrived, they unnecessarily nitpicked and reduced the price by a mere ₹250, citing a minor battery issue (which was hardly noticeable). This felt like a tactic to undervalue the product.

The entire process was a waste of my time and effort. I expected better transparency and fairness from Cashify. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before using Cashify for selling or purchasing devices. There are far more reliable options available in the market.

Worst experience with Cashify. I'll recommend everyone to NOT to use this for sell/purchase. Let me explain what happened with me.

Initially from cashify app my laptop price was shown 10k and my laptop is in really good condition with no dent.But when pickup boy came and checked the laptop just for sake of battery he reduced entire price and told only 250 rs for the laptop sell. Wasted my entire time and energy.

It's NOT a good platform for sell the laptop or phone.

Please don't waste your time over here.

What a shame! I ordered a Oneplus 9 5G from cashify since I thought that they must be selling good refurbished devices. After I recieved the phone, I found out that the camera had a defect. While the tech support was available, they just sent me on a loop to call them and keep sending information about my device issue. I sent the pictures of my invoice, sent them a video about my issue and sent them the pictures of my device.When I visited the offline store, I was even more disappointed, when I reached there, instead of helping out, he tried to upsell a more expennsive device to me and discouraged me to get the phone repaired. And Cashify, please tell me in your 32 point check inspection whatever I didn't find camera to be in the list. WTF!!! What kind of a joke is that! I really wish that I could leave a positive review for this website and purchase another device from them, but now I really can't recommend this service. A total disappointment!
