Repaired screen 6000 rs charged screen developed cracks within 2 day of repair, even though in warranty , delaying tactics not fixing it, complete cheaters dont trust

I had enquired for selling my old MacBook Air on cashify. The amount online showed INR 4921/-

First Mr. Mohammad Kasim called and said he would come between 2.00- 2.30 pm but did not even show up till 4 pm. I had to take off from my office to wait for him but he did not even bother to say sorry for being late.

Then once he examined my device, he offered me a low price (INR 3001/-) which I politely declined. I did not bargain or ask for more money. I simply told him I did not wish to sell it at that cost.
Instead of accepting my refusal, he started saying that I had lied about the condition of the product.
Although that is not true, I simply told him I did not wish to sell it at this cost and that was my wish.
He then made a call to someone called Saeed and started talking rudely about me, right in front of me saying I had wasted his time and was forcing him to give me more money for a ‘Sadaa Hua’ product.
Again, I asked him to stop misbehaving. At this time he started screaming at me and started behaving even more nasty.

I do believe that if the cost is not acceptable, the customer can refuse to sell their product. Is that not True?

Your executive behavior so poor and cheap and stolen my phone battery and no change any charging kit specially Jamshedpur store bistupur very poor service and i am suggest all of customer please do any repair and selling buying mobile and mobile parts.

Price they give is very low
They make people fool and and when they quote a price of phone on phone and when they come and see they make huge difference.

Cashify they install duplicate display..fake company

Cashify modus operandi:
1. Fish customers by showing a good value for used devices.
2. When a device is declared used, then it's assumed to carry minor scratches and usage. However, Cashify representative would agrue on these small details. For example, when we mention used phone; then, device screen, battery and cameras should be functioning as good as new ones. However, doesn't matter how good care you take of your device, it will have micron level scratches. Cashify will use this opportunity to reduce the device price by 50% of what it offered while latching you to false marketing messages.
3. After arriving on the final price, the payment always fails (at least for me) and then there will be a staged drama of issue in processing request and finally someone from Cashify will pay from their pocket/UPI.

I think, Cashify is running a business scam. Please spread this word.

I think, they are claiming the benefits from sponsor of exchange program (Like Samsung/Apple/Amazon etc.); however, harassing customers.

I WENT TO SELL MY BRAND NEW GOOGLE PIXEL 8A WHICH WAS NOT EVEN A MONTH OLD AND ALSO WAS NOT AT ALL USED. THE PERSON SAID THAT HE CAN GIVE 22000 OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF 38000. LATER WHEN I CHECKED ON SITE OF CASHIFY, THEY SHOWED ME THE PRICE OF 28000. SO THE PERSON AT THE SHOP WAS TRYING TO CLAIM 6000 OF ITS OWN BY SELECTING WRONG OPTIONS. WON'T EVER TRUST CASHIFY.

They sell repaired phones. I purchased a an iphone12 and within 3 months the screen pops out. When i claim warranty they reject saying it cannot be covered as its damage. There is not even a single scratch on the phone. Not worth buying from them and warranty is just a gimmick. They dont honour that. Simply find excuses to reject claim.

If you have sold your car thru Car selling portals, it works like this...firstly online calculator will collect few info of the car and offer you an attractive price, when their agent visits for inspection a completely low price is offered with immediate settlement.
The same strategy is used by Cashify..First assessment will be an attractive price, actual physical assessment will offer prices which will be 50-75% lesser than initial assessment estimate.

So the choice is yours if you wish to sell at a lower price !!

waste of time and money if we sell or buy or repair we r getting 3 times better and good quality from outside with same warranty and guarantee better to buy sell and repair from outside

They are cheaters. An Agent had come to collect my tab, my tab was in very good condition because I had not used it at all. The agent name is Saleem, beware of him unnecessary reason he gave and did selections and raised a new request infront of me by using CASHIFY app on my phone and when I was trying to see what he is selecting in regards to condition of my tab he was hiding it and also told me to get the box from inside my house so that he can select options what he wanted. I had bill and had no scratches but he selected no bill and also selected scratches on tab also told because tab is 5 yrs old battery shd be changed and he selected battery faulty option also. After he left I saw this. I raised it to cashify team but no use they are all together into this. Fraud, scamster.. DONT USE CASHIFY EVER.

Very difficult to return any product. You have to send a video and 10 different proofs of quality, and then it takes more than 15 days for refund. We are suffering through the process right now

I selling my one plus nord ce 3 lite 5 g mobile device on cash for phone website i first try on cashify but price shown is too low from other companies also there are so many companies in race compitition so my suggestion is for cashify

Cheating team. Not ready to keep promise. Technicians behavior is very rude. Dont beleive. Have think about what they will do with our exchanged mobile?
