ID verification is only one part of our security process. In some cases, even after verification, an account can still be flagged due to connection-related risk signals (such as network patterns) which are automatically detected by our system to protect both users and the platform. We use multiple independent security and fraud-prevention tools and in your case, your connection was flagged as high risk across all systems both before and after ID verification.

Unfortunately, when multiple systems flag the same account, we are unable to override these safeguards. This is not a personal decision but a necessary measure to maintain a fair and secure environment for all members.

We also want to clarify that we do not sell or share your personal data. Verification is handled securely and used strictly for fraud prevention and account protection.

I completely understand how frustrating this situation feels. In your case, your connection was flagged by two of the security tools we use. Connections like this increase the risk of chargebacks on surveys, which is why Cint and some other survey providers may have reversed your survey completes. For context, this particular situation contributed to an 18.0% chargeback rate which is unusually high and risky for our partners.

Chargebacks and connection issues don’t just affect individual users, they impact our relationship with partners. Maintaining trust with our survey providers is critical because it ensures that all members continue to get access to reliable surveys. Allowing access from a high-risk connection could create more chargebacks, which in turn could reduce survey opportunities for the entire community.

We are really sorry for the experience, we completely understand how frustrating and unfair this can feel. Situations like this are confusing especially when the requirements shown don’t match what you see after clicking through.

From what you described, it does sound like a currency or requirement mismatch (EUR vs GBP). Unfortunately, offer details are set directly by the advertiser through Adtowall and sometimes these inconsistencies can happen depending on region or campaign setup. We don’t control those settings but we absolutely take this seriously and want to help get it corrected.

Could you please share the offer name with us? You can reply here or send it to support@cashinstyle.com and we’ll escalate it to Adtowall so they can review the setup and fix any mismatch. Flagging these cases helps improve accuracy not just for you but for other members as well.

Also, one thing that can really help avoid these situations is our Discord community. Hi, sorry for your experience and we understand how frustrating it can be. It’s important to know that tracking and hold issues are common across the GPT/offer industry not just CashInStyle. While some offers may not track correctly many do and our members regularly get credited for surveys, games and purchases.

Some partners, like Prime Earn and Adtowall hold payments on their end to verify completions and prevent chargebacks. If you completed offers on prime earn, check the star icon on their offerwall—it shows if a reward is pending verification. Pending simply means the partner is verifying completion; once released, CashInStyle will credit the reward. This is standard across the industry.

Support tickets go directly to the partners so while we can’t manually credit your account, we take responsibility for guiding members. Our team can show you how to submit a credit request, and we push partners to improve tracking and support.

CashInStyle offers some of the highest rates in the industry so although we can’t cover partner chargebacks or tracking failures, we’re committed to helping members get their rewards wherever possible. We understand this situation is frustrating, but for transparency to readers, this case was fully reviewed and concluded in December, and the decision was clearly communicated at that time.

This is also not the first time this matter has been raised publicly. You have previously posted multiple reviews about the same dispute. We responded to those to provide context, and those earlier duplicate reviews were later removed by Trustpilot for violating guidelines after we provided proof of rule violations and the user’s pattern of targeting our business. Since those reviews are no longer visible, we are providing this context again for transparency.

The account action was taken due to documented violations of our offer participation policies, which exist to protect advertisers and the platform ecosystem as a whole. Advertisers rely on platforms like ours to reach new, genuine users for their apps, games, and services. Activity that conflicts with that requirement—including patterns associated with repeating or cycling through the same offers—is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service. We apply these rules consistently to all members.

Since the decision was issued, there have been repeated attempts to reverse it through multiple channels including:
1-Opening numerous support tickets
2- Contacting us using different email addresses
3- Messaging us through Discord via different accounts

Posting repeated public reviews
While members are free to contact support, using multiple channels or identities to revisit a final compliance decision does not change the outcome. Once a review is completed and closed, continuing to escalate the same case publicly or through different routes does not override platform policy.

The VPN/location topic mentioned was a separate compliance check and not the primary basis for the decision. All compliance factors are reviewed together when determining account eligibility.

Maintaining strict traffic quality is a core part of our relationships with our partners. Partners such as Torox are aware of this specific case and understand how seriously we approach compliance and traffic quality. We have not received any concerns or disagreement from them regarding our handling of this matter. Protecting advertiser trust is essential to keeping opportunities available for the broader member base.

These decisions are never personal but are necessary to ensure fairness, compliance, and long-term stability of the platform.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it can feel when a reward is reversed especially after spending time completing an offer.

In some cases, the offerwall partners or advertisers behind the offers may issue a chargeback after reviewing the completion. When that happens, the revenue we received for that specific event is also removed which unfortunately means we have to reverse the reward as well. These decisions are made by the advertiser or offer partner, not directly by CashInStyle.

Unfortunately, most offerwall partners do not always provide detailed explanations when a chargeback happens. In some cases they only share a very general reason with us and sometimes no specific reason at all. You can also contact the offer partner directly and provide proof of completion (screenshots, progress, etc.), as they sometimes have the ability to review cases more deeply on their side and explain the reason for the reversal.

Some partners, such as Prime and TyrAds also use automated systems that monitor gameplay behavior including the time spent completing events in a game. If milestones are completed unusually quickly, their system may flag the completion and issue a chargeback during their review.

It’s also worth mentioning that CashInStyle pays some of the highest rates in the industry. Because our margins are already very small, we unfortunately don’t have extra budget to absorb chargebacks or offers that don’t track. While this doesn’t completely eliminate situations like this, it does allow members to earn significantly higher rewards when offers track correctly and are approved.

First, we want to clarify that accounts are not disabled without a reason. We always review accounts when they are flagged by our system or by our partners. From what you described, it sounds like most of your earnings came from surveys. One of the most common reasons survey accounts get flagged is a high chargeback rate from survey partners. Survey providers typically expect around ~5% chargebacks and accounts that exceed ~10% are often flagged for quality review.

Chargebacks usually happen for reasons such as:
1- Inconsistent responses across surveys
2- Completing surveys too quickly (speeding)
3- Failing quality or attention checks

While earning $170 is absolutely possible on our platform, if a large portion of those completes later receive chargebacks from partners, it can create problems. High chargeback rates can affect our relationships with survey providers and may risk losing survey access for other members who provide high-quality responses.

For context, CashInStyle has paid out over $1 million to members and processes thousands of withdrawals every month. We also offer very competitive rates on offers and surveys but that also means we have to maintain strict quality standards with our partners.

That said, we want to clarify a few important points. CashInStyle is not a scam. We have paid out over 1 million to our members with thousands of withdrawals successfully processed. In some cases, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold while we review activity. This is a standard process across most GPT platforms and is usually required when we see patterns that need to be verified with our partners.

These reviews are done to protect the platform and our members from fraud and chargebacks which unfortunately are very common in this industry. When a review is ongoing, we sometimes need to wait for feedback from our offer partners before we can provide a final update.

If a withdrawal is currently on hold, it means there is a specific reason for the review. This may happen if:
• Our system detects unusual or repeated activity patterns
• The offer involved is considered higher risk
