I've got a loan that supposed to be…
Ive got a refund today for a loan I made 3 years ago. Thank you, you're good company when it comes to loans and customer service but, what you've done, isn't cool. You lost your reputation now because you couldn't wait 3 days to get paid back. Because of you I couldn't pay back the last loan and it's now on collection I'm hoping to get it waived. You are losing money that you should be keeping but greediness causes this.
It's better if they shut you down for 5 years or so for a lesson teaching.

It was very easy and efficient
It was very easy and efficient . I was able to do everything online and if I did needed help the help the staff member were to help me when I called in . I highly recommend Cash Money, they have helped me when I’ve been in right spots a few time

The fact that it is so hard for Cash…
The fact that it is so hard for Cash Money to set their computer system to follow the BC Disability Assistance Paydates is astonishing. Maybe you shouldn't accept B.C. Disability Assistance recipients. Yes, while most pay dates are 4 weeks apart there are a few months that are 5 weeks apart. Loan Express, ICash and Speedy Cash are able to follow the payment schedule for BC Disability Assistance recipients

I can never see my pay day loan on…
I can never see my pay day loan on here, it's changed since part of cash money has moved to lend-direct
Terrible service and website for cashmoney payday loans. I need to change the date of my payment for the pay day loan, and they told me over the phone i should vbe able to do this online, but cannot find my payday loan account here! very frustrating! miss having a physical place to go.

Cash Money should stop accepting…
Cash Money should stop accepting applications from BC Disability Assistance Recipients. This is the only loan company I have dealt with that; can't align the payment dates for those recipients/customers. They had to pay back hundreds of BC Residents because of only 3 week loans and not payday to payday. This ends up causing people to have NSF and charges for that. On the other hand Speedy Cash, Loan Express and ICash get 4 or 5 stars because they align the payment dates with the BC Disability Assistance Schedule.
