I sent them strips Nov 2017 & I’ve yet to be paid for them. Amy keeps saying she’s sorry they will get to me. I have picture proof of everything that was mailed in to them.

WHY is the POSTAL SERVICE continuing to let these people use the mail service to steal for people. I reported them months ago yet they continue to do business. They owe me $175.00 from Feb 2018. Never heard a word other than the BS from the crooked owner about wanting to "give back" by stealing from people. Maybe now thinks he's robin hood?

I sent my strips and and all I got was a number of emails with the lame excuse that they were backed up. I reported them to BBB of Chicago and got no response. I then upped my game and reported them to the USPS. They used email and postal service to commit fraud. Both are federal offenses. I advise everyone here to file a complaint with the USPS. A week after I filed my complaint I got a notice that the USPS is investigating my claim.

I sent my items to them on June 5,02018. It's August now and I'm still waiting for payment so needless to say I'm not happy. If I could give them lower than a single star, rest assured I would in a heartbeat. They don't answer their phones and all I get is a canned message on messenger. Stay away from this company.

Been waiting since March 2018 for the $320.00 they owe me. Have resigned myself to the fact that I was scammed. They do not answer their phone and if you post on their Facebook page, you get an automatically generated message saying he is with other clients and will get back to you ASAP.

Total scam. I wish they would get put in jail. They send the box out quickly for you to send the test strips. Then you never get paid. They owe me over $100.00. It's just wrong.

Unfortunately, you have to give a 1 star rating in order to write a review. They don't deserve any stars at all. I am 75 years old and live on just Social Security. Sent 6 boxes of test strips to CashNowOffer. Needed money badly. NO RESPONSE!!!!! called two different numbers, left at lease 12 messages. Emailed 6 times. Texted at least 4 times. NOTHING, Please, don't use this site to sell your test strips. There are others out there who are honest and reliable. I used this one for the first time because they offered more money. SCAM!! So very wrong to treat people this way. I hope they are closed down!

Terrible. They are willing to accept shipments always but won’t pay. Why don’t they stop accepting anything until they catch up? They won’t answer you so don’t bother trying to contact. Why are they still in business?

I will tell you .this is not fake. Its 3 months and im still waking for my check. Dont you get it in 2 days when you thats a lie.this is my tracking number 9401910200829669613424. I mean really you want peolpe business. .but really scam artist .i have no problem going to the fbi.and please dont tell me you mail the check. U got my packages in june.its not August. So everybody dont send anything to this company . cause they dont. Do what they say

Company is a total scam . Dishonest, never return phone calls or emails. When you do hear from them,it’s nothing but lies and excuses. Shame on this company for taking of senior citizens, who need the money.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. They are horrible. I have never dealt with them and never will. Wish I can help shut them down. They are liars and cheats. Place an order in the beginning of July and still awaiting payment. No return phone calls. Wish I would have read the reviews before hand. They are a ripoff.

This is the 2nd time I'm reviewing this company about the same issue - non-payment for test strips I mailed and they received in December 2017 - yes 8 months ago! I guess they contested my first post because I was asked to provide proof of my accusation which I immediately provided.

I still haven't been contacted by them and have not received payment for the test strips I sent. I've tried using the contact form on their web page to send them messages asking about my money but the site is not functioning. It just keeps on showing "sending" but it never actually is sent.

I've called the phone number dozens and dozens of times and can never get to speak to a real person. All I get is a voice mail telling me to leave my info and they'd call me back. So much for that! I've never received a callback.

I've also tried to use my own email to ask about the money they owe me but I don't get a response and it does not bounce back to me so they had to have received it!

The web page had either stated payment would be processed "in 24 hours" or "the same day the package is received". Whichever one i is, they are basically the same guarantee- processed quickly. At one point,in 2018 the web page had a message that they were behind in processing payments and it would take longer than 24 hours to receive payment. It stated when they are caught up, they will again offer payment in 24 hours. They've had quite a lot of time to get caught up- in my case since December 2017 and I haven't seen a dime.

This web page and company should be shut down as they are scammers. They don't give an accurate and valid way to contact them and don't pay customers.

I wrote a bad review, but am now editing it. I was paid today for the 40 boxes of test strips. It took a few weeks and persistence, but Jonathan finally paid. I used this company before and had no issues. I’m thankful this turned out the way it did!!

Kind of freaking out reading all these bad reviews...I have used this company before with no problems! But, I just shipped a order to them and usps notified me that it was delivered on Friday.. I opted to be paid thru PayPal since it says I will be paid within 24 hours, obviously that’s not the case! I contacted the owner on his FB page, no response. I haven’t been able to contact anyone by email nor phone, just needing a response ASAP! I am a ex sheriff and this is considered theft and possibly fraud. Just sad to see all these negative reviews, hoping to get a response by tomorrow or I will file charges.

If I could give them no stars I totally would! I thought I had done business with them in the past... but I dont think so based on this experience. Just like many of you I have sent many emails and called (only to get a voicemail and absolutely NO callback!). I have gotten only a few responses, one of which was the email acknowledging receipt of my strips at the end of May. They owe me around $700! That's money I was seriously relying on. As far as I'm concerned they have stolen my property. It would be totally unacceptable for me to take someone's product, promise to pay them and then not do it... how can they continue to keep ripping innocent people off like this?! I'm going to be leaving this negitive feedback in every single diabetes group I belong to as well... this is unacceptable. I had correspondance with Kelly, who gave me the head of accounting's email address as well as the owner of the company. I sent him a couple emails... very blunt. I got absolutely NOTHING back from him! What kind of an honest business owner wouldnt address such a serious issue such as this one? Its disgusting. I just want what's rightfully mine or my test strips back. In the meantime they just keep getting older and older too. I bet they already sold them... ugh! Terrible terrible company! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Do not send them your test strips it is a ripoff still waiting pn my money. Customer service will not return your phone calls. I even sent Jonathan Avila a couple messages and he wont return my calls either, guess i will have to get a attorney and go after them!

They never pay you so don't send any test strips to them...I been waiting since 2017 for 3 payments and still waiting..bad business.

They owe me over $490 and I haven't been paid. They claim they will pay you in 24 hours but it's been over 4 months and I still haven't received my money. I've filed complaints with the BBB, IL Attorney General, USPS mail fraud, and FBI Internet Crime Compliance Center. Hopefully these scammers are caught and charged! and Trustpilot should also know who and what kind of business they have on there site
