Improved a lot with bonus wagering and gameplay , but I spun a five pound and ten pound spin I not happy about as I only do low stakes and they have no tools for stake limits only deposit , of sites are going to bang on about safer gambling on adverts then they should do something themselves to improve this , as for any prize draws done on promo,I want see these and not just believe it has happened with no prize given , why don't they do some sort live raffle draw and give you number instead of all this invisible draws done.

I dropped a jackpot of a substantial amount and was made up. After taking some time to steady myself decided to play smart and only withdraw a small sum, I did receive it, however after attempting to withdraw a second amount recieved an email asking me for my passport photo yet again!
I have submitted my passport 5 times in total now...

I would not use this site I set up a account and deposit money and started playing I had won some money so I decided to withdraw the money in my account I revived emails saying my withdrawal was being processed and the 1 hour later I revive a email saying that there was a payment problem saying names didn’t match so I had to send proof of document which I did.
They have blocked my account so I can’t login to talk to anyone and I haven’t received my money that I had won and I have now been wait for a response since Thursday and nothing . Not happy at all

888 Casino offer a daily free game. The criteria are you have to have deposited within the last 30 days. This is a daily wish game, which requires no minimum deposit. For a long time , I have not been able to access the game, despite meeting the criteria. I have sent quite a few emails and each time I get a slightly different reply , u clouding those which say, I meet the criteria and they will get the tech guys to see to it. But still no access to the game. Very dissatisfied

Would give 0 stars if I could but I withdrew £200 after singing up and all of a sudden my account was blocked, now they are trying to delay paying asking for information which should have been asked for before depositing in my eyes, I called up and got no help what so ever from the person on customer service and if I could rate it lower than 1 star I honestly would.
