I am a regular player and for the record I have never had problems with Getting paid out my issue is that as a regular player when you go to promotions and you opt-in they don't apply this has been happening all week I have sent emails to my casino host with absolutely no response. Do not offer things that you cannot ensure are applied like I said in my email I might not have one much but what if I did I guess I will never know now because you and your casino are not honoring your promotions and treating You are regular players with any kind of respect and honesty.

I'll tell you this all these casinos that keep totally ripping off all its patron's must have a consequence....I played 150.00 and nothing....I stopped going to the casinos because great Canadian was screwing with their machines so I no longer will go and I know that it's not just me....it's now the same with these online casinos....give me a break totally unacceptable...so view my review and don't think anything of it....you will see how being a person who writes reviews ALL the time and has 17,000 followers that what I say matters because I not only speak for myself I speak for those who don't have a voice. Joined the app in Ontario on January 24. Deposited 2K and won over 30K. Requested a withdrawal of 20K. My account was frozen soon after that request. Had to provide bank statements to validate my withdrawal but no issue with them receiving my deposits. Customer service is vague and now my account is frozen for 6 months and the email stated I need help. I was furious about this and now waiting for my withdrawals. I’m very nervous that I won’t get my money. No idea how the province of Ontario allows this company to do this to its customers. I’m on various apps and this is by far the worst one. If anyone has had withdrawal or account issues with this casino please let me know.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with PartyCasino Ontario. Despite initially enjoying the platform, they abruptly closed my account without any proper explanation. Their first reason was “multiple accounts,” which I know is incorrect since I only ever used one account. Later, they claimed it was a “business decision,” but they refused to elaborate.

What’s worse, they froze my account balance of $4,600 and made the withdrawal process unnecessarily difficult. I had to provide a bank statement with personal details just to access my own money, even though deposits and withdrawals were seamless in the past. The lack of transparency and conflicting reasons for closing my account have left me frustrated and questioning their professionalism. ( I still don’t have my $4600!!!)

If you’re considering using PartyCasino Ontario, I’d strongly advise caution. Their customer service is unhelpful, and their handling of accounts and funds feels untrustworthy. There are far better, more reliable options out there.

Worst casino around, deposited and withdrew around £6000, had a massive win on £12200 and then the next day account fully closed and funds seized, I constantly ringing them to find out why, provided them with bank statement and id and utility bill like asked and then they say problem with bank statement, how can be problem with bank statement, it’s the same bank I deposit with and can’t see a problem, funny how the let me withdraw money for nearly a month nearly every week of around £1000 but as soon as a rather large win account blocked, now saying I have to wait 28days for customer support to reply to me and there might not be a way to get my funds back to me, even though I got email to say my withdrawal was accepted, if it doesn’t get sorted it’s going to small claims team !

Terrible - ridiculous maneuvers by Party Casino to ensure winning is not possible.
When I started to win too much there were constant game shutdowns with nonsensical messages saying can’t play multiple games - how is that even possible?? Turned to live casino - as soon as a roulette win was coming bets weren’t accepted as my location was suddenly unknown. I can take legitimate losses - I cannot accept deceitful unethical behaviour. This casino is not to be trusted.

Another parasitic gambling site. Prey on people. The more you deposit the less you get in return. As many other companies they literally prey on people with gambling addictions. £500 on 20p spins pretty much all empty spins with the odd 10-20p win. How is that even possible. Company of vultures. In the thousands I have deposited in my lifetime in this casino it’s safe to say I have only ever received a couple hundred in return, the casinos is terrible, avoid at all costs. Absolute disgrace!!! Deposited a few quid, won a fair amount! Only for the game to lag! Booted me straight out!! I can’t log back in as my details aren’t recognised 🤔.
