UPDATE. They have now locked my wife out of her account so she has no access to anything to do with the withdrawl she is fighting for. It's disgusting and so easy for them to take your money and not question it but when it's time to get money back out. They treat you like your some sort of scam artist. I won't 7k 2 weeks ago on betty.ca and the minute I clicked withdrawl it was in my account. They have now literally stole 5000$ and the only thing saving us is that our aunt and uncle both have there own law firm together and are going to do this for us and let us pay later. This wouldn't even be any sort of issue except we did exactly what they asked and proved she was who she said she was and the money came from the card with her signature on it. And then they go ahead and deactivate your account because they would now have to pay.

This is a true story coming from someone who has and still uses alot of.online casino apps. Worst experience of our life from a scam casino. My wife was playing on party casino as she does a few times a week. She has deposited and cashed out multiple times anywhere from 100-500$ and the withdrawals usually would take anywhere from 1hr for 4 hrs. 7 days ago my wife won 5700$ playing. Let me add she has already verified herself with party casino. She withdrew 5000$ and left 700 in and lost the 700 which was no big deal because 5000$ was coming. (Damn were we wrong) we waiting over the weekend into Monday and Tuesday and we're not contacted and review process was still underway. Wednesday my wife called and they said she needed to send in a selfie with the bank card that was used. She went ahead and did this along with her passport in the selfie so there was no confusion. 24 hrs later she called again and they said they did not receive the pictures so she sent again. We did not have any communication again. Today (November 1st 2024) she called and asked what is going on as there withdrawl times say they are 8hrs. They now requested that she go to the bank and get a form showing her name on the bank card used.( we have a joint account ). Ling story short. This website/app is the biggest cheaters/scam artists you will deal with out of all the online casinos. DO NOT USE or else you are just giving money away because if you win anything worth time they will not pay it even after you prove everything they ask for. I decided to try PC just last night for the first time. Because I was using a debit card, I had to deposit via e-transfer. My first deposit took an hour to reflect on my account, so I chatted with an agent, who told me that e-transfers can take up to 2 hours to process. This was extremely frustrating to begin with - but it just got worse from there. When my second deposit didn't process in the 2 hour window, I chatted with the agent again, and I was told it was an issue with my bank (which couldn't be possible because I'd JUST deposited without issue the hour before). The agent was zero help, and told me to call my bank instead.

Since it was late at night, I decided to go to to bed and check in the morning. When I went to log onto PartyCasino in the morning, a message popped up that said my account has been CLOSED, and I could not longer access any information. There was absolutely NO reason for this, as I'd not even been a customer for 12 hours!!!

I then called my bank, who told me the payment had processed and was completed. So basically PartyCasino now has my money but has locked me out of my account.

I escalated my complaint through my bank, and explained the situation, and they ended up replacing the lost amount under a loss protection plan I have, thank god.

But the dishonesty and manipulation of PartyCasino was truly shocking - how are they getting away with this?!

After everything was resolved on my end, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and will be following through on getting some sort of discipline for PartyCasino because judging by the reviews I've read on Trust Pilot, this is not the first time they've done something like this.

Absolutely awful. Opened an account a few days ago but couldn't play as had no cash. Got paid today but wasn't able to deposit any cash as my account was restricted. I hadn't done anything with my account as free spins are only available to customers that have deposited cash. Tried to contact customer service which was a ball ache but got there in the end only to be left waiting for ages. Must have been about 20 mins of waiting until I received the awful excuse that they have a high amount of calls so there's a waiting list to be spoken to (it seems that most companies have adopted this tactic). I’ve been playing with this casino for the last few years. Got lucky a fair few times, but it’s gone down hill lately. I’ve had it where game glitches out and lose all the money you made in the session after returning to the home page. I had photographic evidence of balance before leaving the game and then after, raised it to them and provided screenshots and details. They then took months to come to the conclusion that they can’t see it on my game history and will not pay out. I’ve had loads of bonuses, after spinning a couple hundred times and receiving absolutely nothing, some you might get lucky by winning single figure multi on your wager. This had led to the point where I screen record my games as evidence that it’s not paying, and spoke to the casino only to be met with “its algorithm based and lines up with the RTP.” How many times can someone get soo unlucky? Honest review, it has pretty much every game you can think of and payouts are extremely quick but the payouts are a massive let down and these need to be scrutinised properly. It's definitely the worst one I've played for payouts and something doesn't feel right it feels rigged. I had a couple if wins but my God you have to spend half your wages to get them.
