I played the welcome bonus and was at $2000 balance doing $45 bets. I spun a $45 bet at $1900 - then it said I reached the wager requirement and put my balance at $5. The support chat then claimed I played a $45 bet when my balance was at $50 when I know I didn't!

WHY WOULD I DO THAT? Do they do that with all the bonuses' they give their players?

I have been a loyal paying player here at Casino Extreme roughly since 2015. I have never ever faced any issues with this casino up until recently its Pathetic. Every week the casino automatically puts 100 free spins into players accounts. Which I had no issues with playing them up until the second week of August. The spins are on Wild Hog Luau and I haven't been able to play them since. I brought it to the casinos attention several times and provided multiple screenshots etc of the issue that I'm facing. At first they saud that they were going to have there technical support team loom into it and in the mean time my spins were added on HADES OF FORTUNE slot. That helped three times and one time a supervisor had gave me $10 free chip for the inconvenience and said they will be working on my account. Nothing has Bern done since. Every time I reach out to them now they claim everything looks good on there end and that no other players have complained about this. This is a scam 100%. They tell you can withdraw after a 50 deposit. But conveniently the only way to deposit is bitcoin. The credit card shows error. Once you do bitcoin there is no way to get your money back at that point Then this site tells you to deposit another $150 and you can get your withdrawal. The whole time they are saying they are 100% legit. They say they are American site for casinoextreme.eu They will not send you your money back and you can't even stop a withdrawal. I tried even retrieving it by doing a withdrawal of $100. Of course no responses to it. I have photos of the full chat. Telling me I could get the withdrawal. And then telling me to deposit more after I did.

Be careful with the bonuses u can only withdrawal $50 but when u complete the playthrough they take anything over $50 without telling u so u spin again putting u under the minimum So u keep playing then IF u Get it back u try to withdraw but they take anything over $50 AGAIN
