I originally had a new user deposit bonus, but lost it all before completing the playthrough. That's a risk right and was acceptable. Then I had another deposit bonus which gave a 501% bonus with a max bonus of $2000, a 3x playthrough requirement and a max payout of 5x the deposit. I deposited about $400 so had a balance of about $2400. After the playthrough I had about $2050 left. the extra $50 was immediately taken from me, which I expected because of the max 5x deposit amount. However, I didn't realize that I couldn't withdraw the remaining $2000. I could only withdraw any winnings about the $2000. I played some slots and blackjack and got up another $50.13 I decided to cash that out at least before I got back below $2000 and lost my chance. I was able to cash out $50 successfully. They immediately erased my remaining balance of $2000 including the 13 cents I had won after completing the bonus.

I’ve been playing for about 10 months now and Casino Extreme is by far the fastest payout I’ve had so far, and I’ve even been lucky enough to cashout more than once with them as well! Best everything hands down!!!!

Must say in the beginning there were a couple of delays on processing payout but it was completed with 100% satisfaction. I have won and cashed out the max $50 on free spins but make sure you are making deposits as well. ridiculous. started off fair about a year ago, now you don't even get a chance to win before your deposit is sucked down. If you use a bonus of theirs in my experience they are on automatic loss tracking, and once you get to $10 or less, automatic loss mode on every spin . EVERYTIME. if you plan on getting anything out of this TIGHT CASINO with TIGHT slots, don't use a bonus when depositing. Couldn't even win more than 1 spin on a 10 free spin round betting at only .25 a spin. i'm a daily depositor Brango is the same, sucks it down to nothing rigged on automatic loss mode . only time i've one is without using a bonus, and once on a loyalty but it has a max cashout . like I said, I'm a daily deposit or so I get loyalty spins daily and I've only won one time out of what 300 or more and like I said that was Max cashout 50 stay away from this place they are not like they used to be.

I have had good experiences with Casino Extreme beforehand and haven’t had any problems until today. First I’ll start with the game play: they used to give you an opportunity to win, but now these games are so rigged especially the table games. I was playing blackjack and there was one point they caught 6 21s in a row (either blackjack or hitting a 21 from like 14, 15, 16s). And I had strong hands as well like 19 or 20, and I pushed on 21 twice. The return on the slots is way below average than if you were at a live casino, playing $2 or $5 a hand on slots should net some return, but you rarely go to any bonus and the bonus payouts are pitiful.
Second: customer service has gotten worse. Now you wait in a long queue any time you ask a question and half the time the agents will close the chat without giving you time to ask follow up questions and they don’t explain anything well. And if you ask a question they don’t know the answer to, they won’t respond.
Third: payment - the reason I always used to play Casino Extreme is because they were fair and paid out quickly. Today was the first time I won a decent amount in months, and asked to withdraw to my BTC wallet. Their site says it takes 1 hour to process. I received an email stating my winnings had been sent, but it’s been over 4 hours. Each time I contact customer service (which is a waste) they say my payment is still pending. So I ask them how can you tell me it’s pending yet I received an email from their payment department stating it was sent. And NO ONE has answered that question without disconnecting the chat. I believe Casino Extreme has a high rating because they were really good, but now, my advice would be to stay far away from these con artists.

I don't see how these good reviews are even here unless trust piolit is being paid id the way this casino keeps telling me I have to have have a minimum of 50$ to cash out I do have that they still won't let me cash out their 24/7 support line doesn't work and it never has now I'm being ignored by these low intelligence people i don't see how all these crooked rip off casinos are allowed to operate like its unbelievable

I have been trying to get a withdrawal from this site for over a month. I am in the USA and was told only bitcoin and crypto wallet was available. However their terms and conditions under "payouts" state for US players, a bank draft is available with a $50 fee. Upon trying to process a withdrawal under this method, was told by 4 customers assistance individuals, THIS WAS NOT AVAILABLE. So anyone playing here from US be aware you are not able to get a withdrawal. I am going to another cite that issues payouts to USA people!
