I joined this casino then deposited as a new customer I was granted the bonus but was lucky enough to win from my cash so didn't touch the bonus, when I tried to withdraw I got an email saying I breached bonus terms and they refused to pay out avoid at all costs

Dirty little company

This company play so dirty.

I've been requesting my funds since last week.
Every time I supply them with required documentation, the criteria changes and they want something else or although I have all screenshot and email threads, they haven't received them🙄
I've made a complaint and they respond by asking you why you want to leave or telling me to use the same payment method.

I deposited via buko, phone bill, and they keep telling me I must withdraw via the same method.
It is illegal to hold on to withdrawals for verification purposes as you are meant to be verified before you deposit, so this is actually illegal.
The money is so small, It shows the company must be really struggling.
I wished I'd read then reviews before using any payment method.
I will now be waiting out the required period to take them to the ombudsman seen as I cannot even get a official complaints response.

72 hour payout. Ridiculous
Coral, Ladbroke, William Hill. Reputable companies pay out within the hour, have offical complaint procedures and excellent customer service. Kmt
I just wanted something new but this ain't it.
These people could be holding 50p for me.
Please try and understand I'll fight for that.
If I didn't have the 50pence they wouldn't give it to me.

I wish I could upload evidence.

Now they are asking me to provide proof of a Trustly account.

I have never had a Trustly account.
My method of payment was via my phone bill.
When I spoke to an advisor, I was told in order to withdraw funds deposited via phone bill I must withdraw via Trustly.

I wish I could upload the live chat transcript.
I specifically told him no.
I told him I know nothing about Trustly I didn't feel comfortable using it.

He made me feel like if I didn't use this service I wouldn't be able to access my funds.
He told me I do not need an account and that all I had to do was enter my account details.

I did so.

Over this weekend although I'd already enter my card details on this Trustly account.
I got several request for more documentation, which I supplied and was accepted.

This morning I get an email asking for proof of payment from my TRUSTLY account!!!!!!??!?!??!!!
I just want to scream.
Like how are these people allowed to get away with Sh@&.
And I have to wait 8 weeks before I can officially do anything.

This is not worth the hassle.

Imagine the amount of people that just take it as a loss and walk away.
They are dirty dirty.
The worst thing is everything is via email and online as there is no body to physically talk to.
I'm sitting here just gathering evidence upon evidence.

When depositing with Boku, the only way that you can make your withdrawal is through direct bank, which will show on your end as Trustly. Please note that the payment method you have chosen to withdrawal is not the E wallet Trustly but in fact just a bank transfer.

I won 2 amount 1000 and 605 16days ago my acc was fully verified 2 days after I requested the withdrawals 2 days after that I was told they needed more verification which is rubbish. They have self excluded Me from the site. So I can't check the status. And all I get from the emails I have sent is it has been escalated. Total joke quick enough to take ur money. I have never know a site take so long to process withdrawls.

Slowest withdrawal times ever

Slowest withdrawal times ever!
When they say it could take 72hours to process a withdrawal what they mean is it WILL take 72hours or more!
I am fully verified after winning some money a few weeks ago and after sending over all my documents straight away I still had to wait around 10 days for my money.
Now this time around I’m 3 days in and have spoken to customer service on countless times about when will my withdrawal will be processed and because there’s still one hour left of the 72hours they say I have to wait the full time. They are so slow at processing withdrawals yet there sister sites process them in a day! This is defiantly the last time I’m going to play with them, I should have stopped after the last lot of hassle it took to get my money

UPDATE
So now we are now on day 4 and still it’s pending, spoke to some really nice people at customer service who said they will escalate it which I’ve heard countless of times before. Every single withdrawal I’ve made from this site takes well over 72hours!

Lost old card deposited with…

Update ... have been verified but account blocked then told not fully verified but I have been on the website and says I'm verified but the block stays its very misleading im still waiting for them to review my statement until then i cant withdrawal... basically you have to show them your whole life to get your money really time consuming and stressful never had trouble with casinos i withdrawal
and get in an hour! never had an issue until I've lost a card and since then I've been treated like a criminal having to prove I lost it although account numbers are all the same lol will update when they actually pay out ! ......Lost old card deposited with replacement card and now they want proof of the lost card either the card or a letter from the bank I was sent a text with the loss of card but they wouldn't accept it ! I have rang my bank today who said they don't send letters like that and I'd have to go in and try ...I'm in isolation so I guess the casino wins again ! disgusting will be going to gambling commissions as all accounts are the same numbers and sort code as the old one clearly just making interest on holding people's winning

Want for too much personal information

This casino dose have a lot of games and a great selection of choice and dose actually pay out. First time I withdraw was roughly 500 quid and had a nightmare with document uploads, I had to upload 2 different bank card and PayPal I'd, as well as driving licence, bank statement (which wasn't accepted) anyhow after about 3 weeks I finally got my money,
Then after a few days they said they wanted PayPal screenshot 2 different bank card details and I utility bill cause a bank statement dosnt count as proof of address apparently, I have have now uploaded them and the bank card wasn't accepted cause I only uploaded the front, I'm currently waiting to cash out again..
It's worth noting there's also a fee for cashing out. I thinks it's about 2.9 per cent.
It's a good site and good set up however they want far to much information off you so if you do deposit please only use one method because they want way more than I'm comfortable sharing.
Still waiting for my next withdrawal of £1000 I will update once that's been received

All my documentation was finally approved and my withdrawal was completed the same day,

Brilliant site and great selection of games but the whole I.d process is long lengthy and a lot of documents, I have changed from a 3 star to 4 star because of the selection of games and the speed of the withdrawal after I was approved, will definitely use again.

The genesis brand was always my go-to…

The genesis brand was always my go-to casino but in the last month something changed and all my withdrawals are on hold (total of €7k). I am verified but now they asked to fill in a verification detail form (this form is digital and a few questions only about income and age etc) for the KYC part they state in their t&c around 72h but this is not the case for this form. When i asked support they said there is no limit time stated for this form and its "under review". 3 weeks they keep saying the same thing over and over and its just a stalling tactic to delay legitimate winnings.. the withdrawal itself is pending for even longer, 4 weeks. I wonder which excuse they come up with now.( i am even vip, that does not mean anything either apparently). Transaction ID 654445051

Smart to point to the "verification process" and that its mandatory. Every human understand that but thats not it. You make customers wait 2 weeks to ask documents, why ask them not directly? Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I withdrew a few amounts totally 800 odd pounds. Told I had to send ID... all approved except proof of bank which is still pending. I've sent messages and told it will be passed on to relevant people. Still not heard anything. Been way over the 72 hours for verification. Really annoyed. Stay away!

Issue resolved, still wary

Placed a total of £90 into account, no problem. Decided the site wasn’t really for me, so withdrew £91 and then closed account. Email received looking for ID docs in order to withdraw, but no way of now uploading docs, no response on chat, telephone or email. Literally completely ignored, even tried emailing the docs anyway to see if that helped, email address given bounced back! Complete scam, have almost definitely lost all the money.

Money received, after providing much more information than I was happy with. Can only hope private details are safely stored, time will tell! Communication has still been rubbish, impossible to have a real time conversation, not ideal when you could be looking at potentially losing thousands, maybe not a scam but certainly not a well run site.
