If there was an option for 0 stars, I would put 0 stars. Avoid this company! Play at your own will, but this is a friendly warning. I’m not even going to talk about the customer support, it is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with and I went through losing a holiday with Thomas cool and had to deal with their support.
Withdrawals… 1-3 days? Yeah right. Every time you email them it takes up to 72 hours. So the first time you request a withdrawal… in 72 hours they say sorry it’s been declined, please provide XX documents. I provided them in full, then they asked to see the front and back of my bank card, so I did, in full view, hiding the middle 8 digits. They REQUESTED I DO NOT COVER UP AHY DIGITS AND RESEND FRONT AND BACK.
Well, I could go on, it’s been 8 days and still nothing. Every time I email I wait 3 days for some ridiculous excuse to why I haven’t gotten my money.
Don’t waste your money. Goto MrQ or other sites that pay out and verify instantly. Joke of a company

I am writing this review in relation to an unpleasant experience my partner has experienced with this platform, he has been a loyal customer to this platform for multiple months, there was never an issue with depositing the money, but when it comes to withdrawals there has been multiple complications, and as in result, I would appreciate an acceptable explanation.
To withdraw money, first the platform asked for proof of bank account, which we have provided, second we were asked for identification, which we also provided, we have provided all above paperwork and in fact we have provided more essential paperwork that would’ve helped quicken and further the process in a shorter period of time, the matter of this situation is, even with all the paperwork, reaching over and beyond the requirements the platform still refuses to withdraw the money, I do understand as an gaming app the company of this platform might have issues with withdrawing the money, and I do understand there would be multiple players wanting to achieve the same as us.
In relation of our understanding, I would like a professional customer care manager to contact us and hopefully get a fast, professional and reasonable reply, as for such a widely used platform for such unprofessional carrying on is ridiculous in my opinion.
With gratitude and appreciation please get back to me forthwith

Upon joining casino gods it took a very small amount of time .fill in the usual details .and also adding a card to deposit money took very small amount of time .and even when depositing amounts each transaction less than a minute .BUT THEN when it comes to withdrawing , they allow you to withdraw no problem , and with not a mention whilst on the site , they then send you an email asking to verify your account !! I didn't see this email for a while .but I think it very poor practice to only ask for verification after withdrawals are done , with no mention whilst withdrawing .they are supposed to verify us all , for money laundering etc reasons , so if I was a money launderer and just kept losing everytime , it's OK for them to take laundered money , just not pay any winnings on that money ?? Surely they should be doing more and alot quicker ??

Very disappointed with this company I have supplied all documents as requested drivers license, proof of address, card used to make payment, Apple Pay details, they are now asking for card used to make Apple Pay deposit, I have sent screenshots letting them know that my Apple Pay is connected to my debit card, details they already have, and the four digit number which is displayed is the device account number and not another credit or debit card, this is really frustrating and can understand why the reviews are so bad. I have waited over a week I will have to take this further. I have sent all the documents required and still you are not processing my withdrawals.

After easy deposits I tried to withdraw for the first time. It has been nothing but hassle. I have been told to send numerous documents which i did. My account is verified. I have done all i can on my end. I was told i would receive the withdrawal in up to 1-3 days (i didnt). I then had a chat to a agent ini which they told me i would receive my withdrawal latest the next day (i didnt). I then spoke to another agent who said they are having issues with worldpay which they did not notify me about. I deposited a lot of money and then won a little that I wanted to withdraw. then they asked me for account verification. I uploaded and sent everything. it's been over 3 days. I’ve been sending 5 emails since then and no one has been replying anywhere in days. another casino site did the same within 5 minutes.
WORST casino I’ve played in my life. payout fees are also beautiful!
