I had €10,034 in my account and requested a withdrawal.

After multiple days of verification requests (documents, cards, selfies), the casino suddenly removed almost my entire balance claiming a “technical malfunction”.

However:
– The game was working normally for hours
– No error or malfunction was ever shown
– Support explicitly told me I could continue using the funds
– I was never warned of any issue

Only after requesting withdrawal, they removed the funds.

They provided:
– no proof
– no game logs
– no provider confirmation

They simply claim they can do this under their terms and refuse further discussion.

This is extremely concerning and lacks transparency.

Delaying withdrawls and answers, rejecting withdrawls, after month got asked to do verification(additional) and now waiting more than month to be procesed, after that i can make withdrawl and will be waiting for reviewing of that who knows how long.
Not getting notifications of rejections, had to ask everything by myself, obviously thy don't want you to get your money.

almost 2 weeks trying to cash out 2.48 mbtc (245 usd). I fully verified my account through the system and they told that I can make the request. Then they canceled it and now they are asking new verification procedure, asking documents after documents which I sent them all. But no cash out. Clearly no intention of paying me

Utterly terrible experience. Deposit amount came through twice in wrong currency. Both times for different amounts, from different companies. I’d be extremely surprised if this was a legit business. My advice, report to your bank, request your account and personal details to be removed and ask for confirmation in writing of the above.

Be on guard, the first 6 reviews on here were of the same nature. 1 star, same issues.

The worst casino online I've ever used. Stay away, it's a scamonce you sign up and select a bonus you are screwed. I started with 20 euro and got a 20 euro bonus, little did I know that every time you deposit money goes directly into your bonus credit and you can't cash anything from there until you use up 700 euro (as in my case 35 times the bonus). All Other companies allow you to sign out from the bonus. Also you need to wager the 700 euro within a specific time frame otherwise you will loose everything. I have many other casino online accounts but this one is by far the one that I certainly would stay away. I signed up because I wanted to support an Irish business but really I don't think they'll go too far scamming their customers especially knowing that there are undress of online casinos out there and competition is very high. Once you get a new customer you'd want try to keep them and get them to trust you but not here... They treat you like scum ... I ended up using up my 80 euro left in my account in a rush to close my account so that I don't have to deal with them anymore ...and funny things is that, assume I'd won 700 Eur... I'd have to spend it all before I could start withdrawing from my account, I couldn't believe it souch that I asked Yolanda (the lady on the online chat) to explain it to me 3 times... Just stay away and read other feedbacks

Pure scam.

I made account, deposited three times, every time when made withdrawal i had ti go to site to live support to report that withdrawal is rejected, and every time has to come 2-3 times before get my withdrawal, had luck and got 3 withdrawals, 4th was trying to get 2-3 days and just when enter one day instead of 700$+ in account I saw only 72$ U asked what happened to my finds they said that they canceled some of my bets cause of some rules (of course).
I checked history and they canceled random bets that eas finished 20 days ago, on same match winning bet eas canceled, while another one ehich was lost remain lost.

In the small print it states that a bonus is not excepted if you deposit via shrill. Put $100 in and was never told until I started playing and then it was too late to reverse the deposit. Wish sites would stop your deposit when a bonus is not allowed. Misleading

Yesterday I played for the first time as a new player.
I should have noticed I was told that I had the Welcome Bonus activated so I had won 230 euros and could not withdraw them because the Welcome Bonus is activated and I will have to continue playing. The result, of course, was not to raise money but to lose it.
the end result from the first day of this internet game was to lose 230 euros from my pocket of course without 10€ return plus the 230 euros of winnings.

Beware scammers! Wont pay out your won money. They will still demand new deposits.

Delays payment and asks for id proof but when u give all the proofs and if u are still winning even after 5 days they block ur user id and says that u have multiple accounts my friend faced this and have filled a complaint at CEG .
