Biggest fraud online casino game site, you will never win, even if you win then withdrawal is not easy.

NO NO MO and again NO!

I will write my full experience. I start playing to casinoin.io before one year about. I had make about 600€ deposit and my biggest win was about 30€, so i contacted them to close my account and their answer was "NO WE CANT DO IT".

So, I stop played and I get again about 3 months ago and I played some slot games.

After a few days, I won about 300€ and I tried to make a withdraw. I couldn't withdraw my money with Visa, mastercard or anything so they contacted me and told me that I need to make 50€ deposit with crypto.

I make a deposit but I was sure that is 99% scam but I was wrong, they send me the money after 2 3 days but my experience with support was so bad! They responded to me after 3 4 hours and took me about 1 day to communicate with them!

Before 2 weeks about I make a win again, about 250€ and I tried to withdraw them but again I couldn't do anything!

I contact them and told me that I need to wait for the finance team to change my withdrawal way. It passed about 5 days and I couldn't withdraw the money so I played them because I was sure that something is going wrong.

I played the money and when I had about 10€, someone contact me at support and told me that "we have change the withdrawal way but I see you haven't anymore money on it", what an ironic way for the costumers!

I stop playing and today I had a message that I have a bonus 60% if I make a deposit.

I still believe that maybe this isn't SCAM, so i make a deposit of 40€.

I won some slot games and make about 400€. Then I noticed that my "wager bar" wasn't moving and I asked them, and told me that the games I played excluded by their wager lost but on the rules at the paragraph 14 writes "you can play every slots and live casino games to wager your deposit"! I told this and he send me a list that was on the paragraph 16, with games that excluded from the wager.

Was almost every slot game! I didn't know what to play and I choose a game that I wager my deposit.

I tried to make a withdraw and the website kicked me out of the site.

I tried to connect again and I couldn't do it.

I contact them on email and told me that "my account have closed and can't be open as my request"

Hahaha what a scammers!

Don't play to this casino!

I have deposit 190€.
After 1 months i will withdrawls 170€ i had again. They said that i need to deposit money (so i will be able to withdraw money) with visa card or crypto which is best solution. I did new deposit with visa. I asked again for withdrawl, but now they are saying that i have to play for 500€ before i can withdraw money. I say that it's not valid reason becouse i haven't any bonus or agreement about that. They agree and now they are telling me that there is issues with visa so i have to make new deposit with crypto so i can be able to withdraw my money. Totally scam. I will bring them to EU court becouse they are registered Curaçao and Cyprus. So all of you who have been scammed from casinoin.io let me know so we can make case against them together.

I deposit more than 300 euros by my revolut card, and surprise when i tried to withdraw they said , ohh the card is not working un some countries, you need to deposit through crypto or Neteller and later u can withdraw. I deposit with crypo and surprise again. Ohhh we need to validate the withdraw method. I asked how many time needs, they dont know... And of course always mistake and mistake. Please do not Lost your money here, support are ridículous, and the casino is a totally scam !!! Be carefull

These will delay your withdrawal so much & want you to cancel the withdrawal & loss all the money. I deposited three times & could not withdraw because of their very difficult process.

Withdrawal process is worst ... infact i must say they do not intend to process withdrawals.
My withdrawal keep on failing even after 5 times retried and eveytime message received .sorry withdrawal could not be processed due to technical issues... but noone is bothered to explain what exactly is the technical issue while withdrawals
But if you upload no problem occurs amount uploads without any documentations

Poor withdrawal process, havent been able to withdraw since i started. Will take my deposit wont withdraw my funds won though.

Worst experience! I registered, played and won and they let me withdraw for the first 3 times. Then they stopped me from withdrawing, and when I contacted support, they asked for documents to verify. I provided them everything they asked for and waited for a week. But when I tried logging in after a week, my account is blocked! And when I contacted support, they said I have multiple accounts, played fraud games, etc! No proof given! I have written to them and told them it must be a mistake and I can provide whatever documentation needed to prove it, but no reply. Don't play here! Is there a place where we complain about them to the law? I don't want to let them go, as the6 are doing this to lots of players.

This is the biggest scam casino i've ever saw i hit 450euros and they didnt want to withdraw me, asking me for a millions informations, that i need to send them my id then bank card and even that i need to take a selfie holding my card, i did all that they wanted, but no they request more, asking me for my paysafe account whitch i dont even have, i once deposit with paysafe ticket not with paysafe account. Nevermind i never got that money, just make u favour and never deposit on that fake casino.

You can't withdraw winning amount. Not possible also...

Casinoin.io have confiscated all my winnings of 14925 euros stating that I have a duplicate account on their casino. Details about this was never given it to me. When I tried to withdraw amount, they blocked the logins to account, requested for multiple documents and later found after many days that they confiscated all my winnings. Customer Support is really bad and do not respond properly. Please DONOT ever register or play on this Casino. They treat you badly, scam and confiscate all your winnings with no reason.

They put limit in withdrawal amount.
Online customer service is pathetic they will say concern have been forwarded.
