Signed up for the “free spins” promo got nothing, fair enough, luck wasn’t on my side. Told my husband, he tried too, won $48 on his own account, played fair, no tricks.
Then surprise - account blocked, win wiped. Reason? “Same IP address”. So two adults in one household can’t both play? Even if they register separately, use their own emails, and win a tiny amount?
They didn’t even explain what we broke - just copy-paste “violation of T&C”. Classic.
Bottom line: the promo is basically bait. If you win - they’ll find a reason to take it back. Save your time (and nerves). Real casinos don’t punish people for being married.

Unreasonable 6-month account review with no clear explanation
I am from Moldova and have an account at CasinOK. After successfully passing video verification, the casino unexpectedly placed my account under an additional 6-month review without providing any explanation or specific reason.
I contacted their support multiple times and asked simple questions:
– Why is such a long review needed?
– What criteria triggered it?
– What is the maximum time frame for completing the review?
– Will my funds remain safe?
I received only a generic response apologizing for delays, without answering any of my questions. It has now been more than two weeks without any update, progress, or explanation.
At the moment:
– My account is restricted
– My funds cannot be withdrawn
– No clear timeline is provided
– No transparency regarding the review process
This looks unprofessional and raises concerns about the casino’s fairness and reliability. I have already contacted the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) and will proceed with a formal complaint.

They stole most of my funds with no reason
I would like to report a serious issue regarding my experience with the betting company Casinok.
After completing an extremely demanding verification process — including recording a video selfie while reading several pieces of information they provided, as well as showing a handwritten note with those details next to my ID — I was informed that my verification was perfectly approved and that I could withdraw my funds without any problem.
At the moment of withdrawal, however, my account was suddenly restricted. My total balance was 1,355 USDT, yet I was only allowed to withdraw 620 USDT. This amount is not only far below my actual balance, but even lower than my initial deposit of 776 USDT. Shortly after attempting to withdraw, I received an email stating that I had “violated their terms,” but once again, no specific term or rule was identified.
I have not engaged in any prohibited or suspicious activity. I simply registered, placed my bets, and when limitations were applied to my account, I attempted to withdraw my legitimate funds. Since then, Casinok has provided no explanation whatsoever and has ignored every request for clarification.
This situation is completely unacceptable. The company has withheld the majority of my funds without any justification, despite having confirmed that my verification was fully compliant. I am requesting the assistance of this mediation platform to help resolve this issue and ensure that my remaining funds are returned. No customer should be treated in such an opaque and disrespectful manner.

I already contacted casinok again because even with my name here they didnt know who was I. Anyway, the are saying same lies and stupid things. They confirm they fill keep my funds for no valid reason.
