Complaint Regarding Unfair Balance Deduction and Account Block – Casinok.com
Account Registration Date: 26 October 2025
Complaint Details:
I am submitting this complaint against Casinok.com due to unfair treatment, unjustified balance deduction, and account restrictions.
After registering my account on October 26, 2025, I mainly placed bets on basketball and tennis. At first, most of my bets were unsuccessful, but within two to three days, my balance increased to around $2,900.
I requested a withdrawal, which was declined. Shortly after, I received a message stating that I needed to complete account verification before any withdrawals could be processed. I immediately completed the verification process by uploading my passport and performing a facial scan through the provided link. I was informed that my verification was successful.
Afterward, I submitted another withdrawal request. However, within about 30 minutes, it was again rejected. At that moment, I discovered that my account balance had dropped from $2,900 to $240. Soon after, I received an email stating that the funds had been deducted because I allegedly violated points 4, 6, and 9 of their Terms and Conditions.
In total, I had made $1,750 in deposits, meaning that Casinok.com took not only my winnings but almost all of my deposited funds as well.
Furthermore, I only received a message about the account block after attempting to withdraw funds — not during any of my deposits. This makes it appear that the casino intentionally waits for users to lose money or blocks their accounts when they start winning.
All of this indicates unfair and unethical practices by Casinok.com. I have not violated any of their rules, and no clear explanation or evidence of such violations has been provided.
Requested Resolution:
I request a full refund of the unjustly deducted funds (approximately $2,660) or, at minimum, the return of all legitimate deposits and winnings. I also ask Trustpilot to investigate Casinok.com for unjustified balance confiscation and misleading player conduct.

Don't play at this casino, they can ban your account unilaterally for ridiculous reasons. I asked them why and they gave me an unclear answer! I am an active player (always depositing) and I have proof of this. Hopefully no one else gets caught up in this casino.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with the casino’s customer support, I have only received vague responses citing a violation of “Section Nine” of their Terms and Conditions without any specific details or evidence provided.
